Everything was good, nothing fantastic. I thought the portion sizes were very small. The baked clams were very very small (and only 6), and the wings are also only 6 per order.

The staff and prices all went perfect together!!! Worth the drive

Food was delicious. Beautiful restaurant. Will definitely be going back during warmer weather for the amazing views.

Never ordered dinner bcuz the Appetizers and drinks were great. We just ordered more appetizers. And drinks 😋

Went for New Year’s Eve. Wasn’t expecting a crowd because of covid. Very intimate. Clean. Food was outstanding and came out quickly. Service was fast and polite.

My husband and I always choose Dolphin for special occasions; we recently went for our anniversary Nov 2020. Although the food was delicious as always, I feel that portions in terms of cost is minimal, and I made the reservation as an anniversary lunch/dinner but didn't feel as though they did anything different from just a regular lunch/dinner date. Then don't ask if it's a special occasion.

We went here for Restaurant Week and the food was amazing. Staff were so nice and very attentive. The truffle fries were just out of this world.

Menu very limited, quaility poor, overall a very big disappointment. Expected more seafood choices, and a decent amount of selections, both did not exist. I would not recommend dinning there at all. The staff were all attentive and curtous, the only positive about the Dolphin

Dolphin has a nicely varied menu for those not seeking a fish meal and a great selection of fish entrees. It is located right on the Yonker's waterfront for a great view in warm sunny weather.

The food wasn’t that good, the french fries were soo greasy that I couldn’t even finish them... I was expecting the steak to be more tasty since it had chimichurri , but it wasn’t like that at all

This restaurant used to be a old time favorite. The menu has changed and the food is HORRIBLE. Everyone was disappointed in their selection of food. I live walking distance and I won’t go back.

Went there for birthday lunch for my friend. the staff was very freindly and attentive. Our waiter Joel Was great. The food was on point. We were inside but my fiends wanted to sit outside since it was a wonderful day weather wise. It was no problem. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I noticed the Dolphin when leaving another restaurant in the area and thought we'd like to try it. Accordingly, when planning a Yonkers walk through the downtown area for a group from NYC, I checked the reviews and decided on a walk through one area before lunch and a riverfront walk after lunch. As the Dolphin is perfectly situated for such a day trip, I checked both the menu and the reviews and concluded our members were likely to enjoy lunch outside on an early fall day. Thirteen of us enjoyed such items as the pear and gorgonzola salad with added grilled shrimp, baby spinach cobb salad, crab nachos, and shrimp tacos. Accompaniments included chardonnay, riesling, pinot grigio, and draft beer, all well priced. Some guests enjoyed cappuccino, coffee, and tea afterward. Sitting outside, we had a view of the riverfront including but not limited to the last standing Victorian pier on the Hudson and the science barge. We were exactly where we needed to be for a delightful riverfront walk that included the 09/11 Memorial, a sculpture garden, and several riverfront apartment buildings conveniently located near government buildings, restaurants, and shops. We were very pleased with our day trip to Yonkers as well as with the Dolphin's diverse menu, accommodating service, and delicious food. Indeed, I have received several notes of thanks for planning and organizing this very enjoyable Yonkers visit, just a hop from midtown Manhattan.

It was family day at the Dolphin. We had a table for five. Found out that there was no Brunch menu being offered which was my main concern for going. We ordered from the lunch menu which was fine. Appetizers of wings and calamari were delicious and main courses of shrimp tacos, shrimp scampi and meat loaf were delicious.

Again, we're back to Dolphin for an excellent dinner and evening. I must say the coffee and check were very slow in coming. Also, upon arriving, I said to the hostess we were celebrating our friend's birthday. Nothing was done to honor her - that was disappointing!

I could not ask for a better restaurant! The food was very good (I had shrimps, mussels, and chicken wings). I had a glass of red wine which was excellent. Valet parking attendant was a true gentleman. The server was great. Overall, amazing experience

I've noticed many upscale restaurants are not serving food as delicious as before the lock down. Tough times. The food was good, but not as expected. The Risotto was a bit bitter, but perhaps because of the asparagus or squid ink?? The raw clams were excellent, fresh. The red sangria was good, but could have used less pear fruit. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was underwhelming. The toasted almond cake dessert was delicious. I would still revisit this restaurant, beautiful views.

Really good place for a friendly but nice dinner. The mac n cheese is delicious. It's right by the water so you can take a walk with a view before or after dinner.

When I made the reservation I called and was assured they had covered, outdoor dining. This was important because it was going to rain and, due to coronavirus concerns, we did not want to be inside. The outdoor seating was not covered and we had to go inside when the thunder and lightning started. The inside was too crowded, likely in violation of capacity regulations. Many of the wait staff were wearing masks improperly, under their noses. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and the food was average.

Just a date with my boyfriend, it was our first time at the restaurant and everything was really good. Definitely will come back again

The food was awful and the atmosphere even worse. If you want a view of the Hudson than spend the money and eat at X20.

Nice pub like ambience, very clean, friendly staff, valet service, nice steps from the pier, loved the LOLITA cocktail
