Dolce Italian

Stayed at Gale Curio Hilton. Arrived in evening while raining and dined at Dolce. Service was attentive Only issue was requested extra marinara with meatballs appetizer. Dish arrived without and when requested again, was told $5.00 upcharge & 5-10min wait.... apparently made to order. Unfortunately, $18 glass of red wine didn’t make it better.

Great food, fabulous location and great people watching. Always my fave.

Awful service! Our drinks and appetisers took almost 45 minutes to come out and one item was prepared incorrectly. The waitress suggested we just “give it a try” even though we have dietary restrictions and couldn’t eat it. We were so bothered by how bad the service was that we cancelled our mains and went to Cecconi’s for dinner instead.

Good food and drinks outside dinning was fun

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent the only thing the valet person wasn’t there so we had to park somewhere else.

Great ambiance! Nice wine selection. Appetizers were good but the entrees were really bad. We were quite surprised at how good of reviews this place had. Maybe an off night but it just seemed like subpar Italian that is overpriced.

Valentines Day

Food was excellent as always. Great service.

They where Super busy. It was Valentine's Day. We had a late reservation so they were out of many items. The food came out luke warm. The waiter knew it was a long wait. He gave us a free dessert.

Waitress very helpfully , but food took more than an hour , while other table were serve before even do they arrive leather . Ambience and waitress was better than overall food flavor

First time visting Dolce Italian. Food is outstanding

the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. Made a reservation for 9:30 pm and we’re seated to eat at 10:45, the guy host and the hostess with him continued to walk past us and chat with the waiters whilst passing open tables that just needed to be cleaned off for us to be seated. Didn’t get a menu, didn’t receive the bread and oil for the table. They then set down food onto our table that wasn’t even ours, we had to grab the waitress to retrieve them and bring them to the correct table. We then ordered our lobster ravioli dishes and they came out 30 minutes later, completely cold and soggy. For an $86 meal I will literally go ANYWHERE else. Worst service of my life I still cannot believe it.

This a fabulous restaurant to visit and eat at. We were of course seated outside and the ambience was great! The food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Our Server, Katarina was awesome and knowledgeable. This will be added to my list of favourite Miami Restaurants.

Nothing special about the food. Presentation was nice but food was not great tasting and overpriced. A little better than a lean cuisine. Service was ok.

Super expensive for very basic and dull food. The music was atrocious. The server was super sweet and that was the only pleasant thing about this restaurant. Highly do not recommend

No quiet conversation or Italian music for you. Restaurant plays exceedingly loud, thumping music. All other factors were very good, but will not return.

Food and service was fabulous! We sat outside among a sea of white lights..truly amazing. We just never thought sitting on the street at night would be so LOUD..people yelling in cars, sirens, etc. It was rather distracting. Next time, we will sit inside.

Pretty average Italian. If you’re booking last minute like I did, it is a nice option.

It ended up being a horrible experience, we arrived as expected and they said they were running behind. No big deal, we went to the bar and waited patiently, bartenders were great. After 90 minutes they seated us, ordered drinks and as she served us drinks we were told they were pretty much out of food.

Not a good message after we waited all that time, the manager did comp the drinks at the table. But we were hungry.

Ask for the upstairs inside vs. the bar area. Menu is succinct but each piece is delicious. Service was better than most places nearby. Will come back regularly

We had a great dinner at Dolce

Waiter seemed irritated... they used plastic “to-go” containers for serving bread and olive oil. Very basic for the price. Very loud DJ playing club music seemed strange for nice Italian meal?

We really enjoyed our meal at Dolce. The service was great and the food was wonderful. Only snag was that it took a while for us and several parties to be seated when we arrived - which led to several upset customers. It was clearly just a staffing issue and one of the hosts or managers started clearing tables themselves to get people sat. We waited 15-20 minutes to be sat after our reservation - which isn't really too bad for South Beach. Once sat - our waitress was great, the food came quickly, and was delicious. Once we were seated, the services was some of the best we'd had in Miami Beach/South Beach. I'd definitely recommend and would return, just be aware that you may have to wait to be sat.

I never write reviews and I’ve eaten here before so I can attest to good food and good service. The problem was that I made this reservation on nye bc it appeared to have an a la carte menu. I confirmed 2x and nothing mentioned a price fixed special nye menu. When I got there that wasn’t the case. The confusion was frustrating especially that 5 of us had to find somewhere else to eat on the busiest night of the year. I believe there was a disconnect bw open table and the restaurant.

Always love it at Dolce! It’s my favorite restaurant! Never disappoints
