Doc's Wine & Food
Doc's Wine & Food also offers a bar centric atmosphere and provides both classic cocktails as well as our own interpretation on creations inspired by the team behind the bar. There is an emphasis on seasonal cocktails . The wine list features a wide variety of both Old and New World wines.
Live music is available every Sunday from 5-8 or 6-9 pm. Doc's also offers two patios for dining.
Excellent dinner! My wife had the shrimp and grits and I had the shrimp etouffee and the jalapeño cheese grits and all were wonderful. Our server was excellent as well and there was live music. Highly recommend Doc’s!
One of our favorite dining spots. Great food, service and atmosphere.
Great happy hour specials! They off discounted appetizers and an awesome house wine deal from 4-6. I ordered Brussels sprouts and the Mac and cheese and both were fantastic! I love the patio on nice days. The servers were very attentive too.
The grilled oysters were very good. Really enjoyed the cheese grits and the scallops. Loved the ambience. The service was a little slow and for a wine bar would have liked the waitreses to be a little more informed. Maybe offering a little taste of an unfamiliar wine before you ordered.
Overall however a good experience
Best oysters and shrimp and grits I’ve had outside of New Orleans!
Great food, one of my favorite brunch places. Waffle was a bit soggy, but flavor of the syrup was amazing!
I've never had a dish that I was disappointed with. Our table was set with the seats we requested. Our server was great. I love Doc's!
It was a fun Fat Tuesday . Six of us had Shrimp and Cheese grits. Delicious! A New Orleans type jazz played and it was wonderful.
I highly recommend Doc's anytime to make any day special.
This place is loud. If you're looking for something lively, great. It's not a great place to go with people who don't hear well or if you don't like noise. At least, that's how it was at Sunday brunch and how it is in the evenings. Might be quieter for a daytime lunch. I went with a big group and we couldn't hear each other so we didn't stay. Not amazing vegetarian options either. I think there is just a vegetable risotto.
We ordered the duck and ahi tuna. The tuna had a a chunk of grizzle in part of it that made it not very edible. Other than that, the tuna was tasty. The duck was yummy, but would have liked to have had the duck fat rendered just a little bit more. We loved the ambiance of the restaurant.
I had the most amazing experience there ! They made my birthday one to remember. Our server Bre was amazing and went beyond our expectations. My group felt so welcome so thank you for making my experience and birthday a great one
The first time my boyfriend and I went here (about a month ago)I got the seafood pasta. I loved it so much we went back this weekend to get it again, but it was no longer on the menu. I asked the waitress about it and she said that the kitchen could make it even though it wasn’t specifically on the menu. Their service always stands out and it’s definitely one of my favorite restaurant in Tulsa!
Perfect as usual, aside from the drunk blonde trying to hit on my boyfriend. She’s a regular, kinda sad.
Our experience was amazing! The cocktails and wine selection were perfect for our group. We tried the Soup of the Day, Lobster Bisque, and the Veal Special. Both dishes were out of this world! We also couldn't pass up their signature Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Étouffée that we order every time we visit. My Caesar salad was unique and delicious. The service was impeccable! The staff truly work well together to give the guests a great experience. We bring friends every time we are in town and they always leave impressed!
Shannon our server was incredible!! She was so sweet and very personable. It was pretty loud in there because there was a table of girls for a birthday and they kept screaming.. but that didn’t hinder our night. My husband and I only go out every now and then and this was so special. We will absolutely be back!
Perfect Sunday brunch spot❤️
Everything was great, however we were asked when we came in if we would be done in time for the next reservation, as they had overbooked. Felt a bit rushed, but we were done in time
Service always great. Ruby did a fine job. Food prep and presentation a little off from usual. New line cook maybe? Look forward to our next visit.
great food & service, but the noise level can be high, making it difficult to communicate
Excellent as always!
Pan seared tuna and shrimp etouffee were delicious. Chargrilled oysters were average. Since it was New Year’s Eve we expected it to be noisy and it was, but under the circumstances that was ok. Nice, knowledgeable waiter but slow service. Will definitely go back!
Doc's has the best brunch in town, hands down. The service is also excellent. It's a little on the pricey side, but well worth it.
Very pleasant and cozy. Good wine list. Service lacked a little attentiveness.
My fiancée and I enjoyed their happy hour small dishes and they were lovely.
Hands down a fabulous place for brunch that you will make you want to spend the day there. It doesn’t get better than Doc’s!
I found them while traveling on business. I would recommend for a small business dinner, a couple’s date night, or small friend gathering. Food was great. Great atmosphere. A great place to unwind at the end of the day.
Great food and loved the chocolate chip cookie!
We Loooovvvee Doc's.. The closest to authentic Cajun cuisine !! Shrimp & Grits... Can't beat it, Scallops are Amazing. Can't wait to try the Duck.
Nice seating next to street window. Good lunch with reasonably price wine.
Really great service, appetizer and lunch was delicious. Parmesan black pepper fries were the best fries ive had in years
Doc’s is a very cozy and attractive place from the moment you walk in. The menu is easy to navigate and has good variety and is well organized. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. Our meal was well prepared and very tasty.
I can’t say enough good about the wine list. It is spectacular! Great wines in all price ranges and extremely favorably priced. We will definitely be going back!!
The best restaurant in Tulsa, food and service. Mateo and his staff are amazing. Wines from Spain, Italy, France and of course Usa. The best pork chop ever.
Doc's is a well run creole / seafood restaurant in Brookside. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. We have been going to Docs both on date night and as a family for years. It is always a pleasure.
Love their charbroiled oysters! Worth every penny! One of these days I'm going to actually eat dinner instead of filling up on oysters and salad! Good wine choices. Lots of fun, esp for a girls night out. Kinda loud if you are looking for a quiet date night, but it might be quieter later in the evening, after happy hour is over.
Great food!! The place It’s a little noisy, because it’s a small place. but it was worthy.
It was extremely loud. Next time I might try heated patio not so loud.
Food was good, service was a bit slow
Doc’s is always a go-to when I’m wanting a fun spot to take out of town guests. I find the food, service, drinks, and atmosphere to be consistently exceptional. This visit was no different. Our server, Ben, provided excellent service and was friendly and accommodating. I had the shrimp and grits and my friend had the filet- both were cooked perfectly. Drinks were top notch and fresh as always. Looking forward to my next visit!
