Meeting with a friend who needed a bit of advice — both of us had the Corn and Lobster Chowder - excellent and jam packed with Lobster! Companion had the Grilled Scallops and I had Steak Frites. Both meals were very well received, timely delivered with quite attendant service and reasonably priced.

Excellent food, service and ambiance! I think the quiet ambiance was unusual for this gem of a local restaurant but we enjoyed our table by the window and fireplace as we welcomed in the new year! I would highly recommend this place, and we definitely plan to visit again soon.

Food is always great, loved our server, love your location on the water plus just being in the dinning room was lovely even without the view. Timing of courses served was perfect, and we had plenty of time to linger.

The Dockside is a wonderful restaurant tucked in near the shore off Route 88 in Falmouth, Maine. Great food, service and ambiance. The ocean views are exquisite: calming and restful with an enjoyable easy listening music selection. The restaurant also accommodates those who require wheel chair accessibility. Fantastic place to dine any time of the year.

First time visit and we were pleasantly surprised by the venue which was elegant yet friendly. The view from what we could see as it was night was a nice addition. The menu was varied and inventive - to the delight of this foodie. Definitely worth and try and for us, another visit soon in the future.

At lunch at the Dockside Grill. Great atmosphere and view of the water. Staff was very attentive and food was very good. Adequate menu choices. Food was fresh, prepared well and the presentation was well done. Full bar although we did not try the drinks. This is a four season restaurant winter upstairs and spring through fall downstairs with out door patio. This a regular lunch and dinner venue for locals.

A disappointing brunch, especially since we've had so many good experiences in the past. Service was painfully slow and the steak and eggs special was mediocre at best. Hoping it was just a bad day. We all have one now and then.

Crab cakes were great, pear salad was just so so. It needed more pears and Gorgonzola cheese. Tuna entree was quite skimpy on the tuna. Polenta fries and chocolate torte were excellent.

A pleasant dining room, good service with good (not outstanding) food. Reserved in advance, the seating disappointing in that it at a table next to a walkway when other better placed tables were available. Why seat diners where staff and diners have to walk by when it isn't a necessity?

The Salmon BLT was amazing. In today's Covid era of service, you never quite know what you are going to get, but this was a very professional, enjoyable experience with a gorgeous view and deliciousness.

Great Food and our favorite Brunch spot with awesome view. Only problem is lack of shades on upper windows, so I had to wear my sun glasses. Don't understand why they don't have temporary shades to deal with this, so make sure you're seated at tables without direct sunlight.

The music and ambience, the view of the bay, everything about the venue was perfect. The food was superb - even the simple fried chicken sandwich that my nephew got. A special shout-out to to our server, Whitney, and the chef who went out of their way to get us the last few doughnuts from brunch. This was after her fantastic table service.

We had a sublime dining experience at Dockside. The atmosphere was serene, relaxing, and pampering. The ambience of the room was luxurious and tasteful. We sat by the fire on a chilly night, but the room is warm enough even if away from the fire. Our food ~ caesar salads, paella, and short ribs ~ was wonderful. We felt revived, refreshed, and thoroughly nourished in every way. Our waitress, Julianna, was efficient, attentive, understated and not intrusive, which is a PERFECT combination! We really appreciated her for reading our moods and needs so well! BRAVO, and we'll be back ever so soon. Becky and Doug Pride

The views were great. The high top table was fine. It seemed just a tad chilly. Our waiter was delightful.We both had superb sandwiches. It is the 2nd time I have had clients for lunch here and both times was fabulous!

The setting is quite beautiful. The restaurant is attached to an active dockyard with beautiful boats being stored and actively worked on. Customers enjoy an elevated view of the water. The service is top notch as the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating with our 18 month old girl. All of our food was delicious, well-portioned, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dockside Grill to anyone wanting a simple, yet delicious meal, in a clean and pleasant environment.
