A fine dining experience in Melbourne Beach. Djon's offers classic fine dining plus a wonderful, fun piano bar with live music every night. Djon's Steak and Lobster House offers a sumptuous menu with Certified Angus Beef steaks, lamb chops, veal chops and seafood. The food was excellent but it was my 1 year wedding anniversary and they did nothing special at all. I noted that it was our anniversary when I made the reservation in open table. Also, we wanted to split dessert (bananas foster) but instead we were given and charged for two orders and it was too much for us to finish. We only wanted to share and I was hoping for some kind of acknowledgement of our anniversary but there was none. This same thing happened when I took my husband here for his birthday. Maybe they just don't do anything special but I expected more.

Food and service were great. Only complaint. Was While Melbourne was under a boil water advisory, the restaurant served actual boiled water. When questioned about the aweful taste of the water, they stated it was filtered and boiled. So we were offered and charged for bottled water at 6$ a bottle. For a table of 8.

The food was excellent! I had the lamb chops which were superb. The lobster bique appetizer was yummy. Would go there again to try other items that were interesting on their diverse menu.

Upon arrival, our reservation wasn't ready.. but once that was settled, our server was very attentive and on point. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the flavor month three course meal. We'll do it again.

Love it!!!!! Had a great place up north that was lost to a fire. Djon's reminds us sooo much of it. It's our go-to place for any excuse.

Come here very often and find it always one of the top choices in the entire area. The grouper on this visit was especially note worthy. Excellent wine list covering a wide budget range. Service was outstanding!

Terrible service and very judgmental. If you weren't white and over 55 with lots of money, don't expect a lot of attention. Waste of money and time.

The food was marginal at best. I have been going to Dijons for 20 years, and the food is nowhere near the quality it once was. Everything seems to be of lower quality than it once was, and portions on allot of items have gotten much smaller, while the price continues its upward trend. Examples, creme Bruleè used to come in a approx 6"x3" shallow dish, it now comes in a 2" round sauce dish. Same for the Brie, it also has drastically shrunk in size. The steak options are slim and not consistent with what you would expect from a $60 cut of meat. No bone in ribeye and you claim to be a steak house. Mixed drinks not that good for a high end restaraunt. There are allot of good things to say, but let's be honest, when you pay $300 for dinner for 2 it's the negatives that resonate.

Great food and service as always. When dining there the calamari appetizer is a must. This is my favorite restaurant in Melbourne by far.

We were traveling and used Open Table to find a local, unique place for dinner. Interesting setting and service was very good. We had baked Brie as out appetizer and it was tasty, but not warm & gooey like I'm used to. We each had a different salad (house & Caesar) and both were very good. If you order a steak (their specialty) it comes with mashed potatoes and green beans, but you can upgrade to other sides if you wish. The steak came with some type of sauce that reminded me of a Salisbury steak flavor. It was an average steak that was a bit bland. Our reservation was for 8:00 and we got a call telling us to be sure to arrive on time because it was their "early night" and we'd need to wrap up dinner early. Kind of made us rush through the meal. I'd give it a try again to make sure it wasn't just an "off" night.

The evening started out great, and went from a romantic evening, to eating at the Golden Corral!! TOO loud, and not enjoyable for a date night.... To say I was disappointed would be an understatement......

They were very accommodating for us with our family. This is an extremely nice restaurant and we had our young family. They were so understanding on bringing us food quickly for the little ones and still making a fantastic entrees for me and my wife. We loved the lobster and pasta and my special grouper was amazing!! I would highly recommend!!

We loved the filet and lobster and grouper. The lobster bisque would have been better with some lobster in it and some creme fresh or sherry. Overall, loved it!

The food was very good - the service not so much. The kitchen was extremely slow. We waited over more than one hour and a half for our food - they were also out of lobster bisque and Maine lobster - our reservation was for 7:45 pm so it was not that late to be out of the best items on their menu. The restaurant was very noisy. Pianist at the bar was great. I will give them another try and reserve judgement - perhaps it was just a bad night.

Food was delicious and the manager and sever made sure we were well taken care of after possibly walking out due to the host not being too accommodating.
I would definitely go back just because they took the time to resolve the issue

Excellent food and excellent service. Not inexpensive, but worth the quality of the good. We had baked Brie and shrimp cocktail as appetizers, and steak with scallops for entree. Everything was top notch.
