The service was slow, the dirty dishes were not removed from the table - even though we moved them to the other side of the table. Being charged $3.50 for tap water was irritating. The food was good.

We had a lovely late outdoor lunch. Weather was perfect, service was excellent and the Laki, Asst Manager at Diwan is fabulous. We go there mainly because of how he takes care of us and other patrons.

Service was slow and unorganized. No one greeted us when we first arrived. Waiters walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us despite our reservation. In the end we called someone over. There were no assigned waiters per table so we were asked the same thing multiple times. They only gave us 3 menus even though we were a party of 5. They would take things out of our hands such as menus and glasses of water. They did not ask who ordered what and gave people wrong orders even when we pointed it out to them. Also, we had to pay for parking on top of the food. This is not required but complimentary parking would be nice. Overall the level of service was worse than a fast food chain, leaving my family and I terribly disappointed. Would not come back again.

Always a great place to visit and dine at. Today was no exception. One issue was the door to the patio was left open mainly for the servers. This allowed the very cool breeze into the dining hall which made it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. The food got cold quickly and the ladies at the table were cold. Other patrons around us also inquired about closing the patio door to no avail. After we ordered the coffee and dessert, with a last try to have them close the patio door, the maître d obliged and we were a lot more comfortable to enjoy the coffee and desserts. The coffee cups are small for a brunch and the coffee was cold. So was the masala chai. Otherwise the food was delicious and the ambience lovely. Thank you.

Food was good, service slow, server was good but felt like kitchen was slow…even though restaurant initially almost empty. Also fairly expensive ($300 for 4 with 3 drinks and 1 dessert). Overall would recommend if service was improved
