   The fun interior is the only thing saving this place. Service was meh, pretty much the bare minimum before it's bad. The pizza was NOT good, and it takes a lot for me to dislike a pizza. Basically tasted like a very overpriced frozen pizza with a burnt crust. Go somewhere else.

   We have enjoyed your pizzas at the Three Cellars location and thought it was time for a visit to experience the full menu. And it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and our waitress, Sasha, made our experience and husband's birthday very special. The kids even raved about the food. We'll be back!

   Found this place through the Downtown Dining week experience and decided we had to give it a try because the menu options looked great. But that was the only great thing about our visit. The food was only "meh" (with the exception of the crab rangoon egg rolls, those were very good) as other reviewers have stated. What really got us was the fact that it took us 60 minutes to get our 2 pizzas. There were customers who were seated after us that go their pizza before us, and not all of the ingredients on the pizza were listed on the downtown dining menu because according to our waitress "we didn't want to keep the menu shorter". Mind you this was the most flavor packed part of the pizza and most likely to have an allergy associated with it. All of our food came out semi warm and the cinny sugar donut holes had almost no cinnamon sugar coating on them. The service was subpar. It was more than 10 minutes between any server interaction including getting a soda and questioning if our food was right because of the toppings they weren’t on the menu, (allergies beware). Overall a very disappointing experience.
