I mostly liked Flourchild, this was our first time there. We had a pizza and zucchini croquettes, both were very good. Service was great, very friendly and fast. My only complaint is a 3% charge that is on the final bill. It had a comment about a charge due to higher operating costs. This is ridiculous! Have the menu prices reflect the cost of doing business, don't sneak a last minute charge onto the final bill. Yes, it could be removed by request but why ask your customers to do that. Just have upfront pricing from the get go. I'm not sure I will go back or recommend to others. A last minute additional charge, even a small one, doesn't sit well with me.

Drinks were great. Took a while for host to welcome us and seat us. Pizza was a little over cooked and waiter seemed a little out of it. Not remembering that he already gave us the dessert spiel.

We decided a trip downtown was in order after having tried the Flourchild frozen pizzas available at Sendiks. Having made a reservation, we were seated quickly at a great table next to the window. Our waitress was great at providing recommendations and a dose of witty banter. The only downfall was when our pizza arrived minutes before the zucchini croquette appetizer. A minor timing issue. I will say the pizza was fantastic! Not usually my preferred cracker thin crust style, the pizza was generous on toppings, and the crust was chewy and yeasty. Quite delicious. Parking can be tricky but well worth the trip.

I very much enjoyed my meal [make-your-own pizza]. My friend felt there was too much vinegar on her salad and did not like the pizza crust. I was fine w/the crust.

The pizza and side sauces were delicious, but unfortunately our order was misrung by our server. Instead of allowing us to keep the mistakenly ordered pizza so we wouldn’t have to sit and watch everyone else eat their food, they took it away and said “we made a mistake” but never apologized or offered any sort of discount. We waited an extra 15 minutes for our original order which was frustrating as we’d already been waiting at least 30 (it was busy and there was a large group, so understandable but still0). The server was nice but the restaurant seemed understaffed. The food isn’t cheap, so it was disappointing that there was no apology made beyond “we’re having a busy night”. The manager did check in with us although we didn’t get an opportunity to have drinks refilled. Overall, considering the price, I wouldn’t return—maybe for takeout, but there are many places in the city where you can get good pizza and fewer hiccups in service.

Service and food was terrible. Our pizza came out not even cut. I had to get up and find my server with my pizza to have it cut. By the time it came out again it wasnt even hot. My small margarita was $18! We had a cold pepperoni pizza, 1 beer 1 small margarita and 2 small pieces of bruschetta and the bill was $72 before tip.

Flourchild is a trendy and tasty experience in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Our server Savannah, despite them being obviously short staffed, was fabulous. Our orders came correct and well timed. The cocktails were notably excellent. The crab rangoon spring rolls tasted yummy, the sauce was perfectly spicy, but the filling could have benefited from something fresh for texture. The Farmon pizza was perfectly sized for two people and tasted decent (not amazing, but pretty good!). Honestly the ranch tasted more like a cucumber-less tzatziki sauce rather than a ranch. But it was very obviously homemade and still tasted good! Overall, great experience and we will be back!

We enjoyed drinks, chopped salad and pineapple pizza before our show at Pabst Theater. Delicious food, friendly staff and an easy walk to our concert venue. We highly recommend .

Joey (?) was our server. He was great, and helped us navigate the menu. (Dipping sauces for pizzas?) We ordered the cheese and half pepperoni. We asked them to top our pizza with fresh arugula when it came out of the oven. It really made the pizza a hit! Glad we didn’t order a salad as the pizza was plenty for two. Great pre concert go to as its in walking distance to many venues.

went for my anniversary dinner, and was sat near a very big, very loud work group. kind of killed the vibe. i usually have a great experience at flourchild, but this one was a bit disappointing. the pineapple express pizza was delicious as usual. our waitress and the runner who brought us our food were nice. so it wasn’t a complete disaster. we’ll probably be back soon.

We felt misled by the waitstaff when asking how much food to order. We asked about the child size pizza for our 4 and 6 year old and they directed us towards ordering two meals. They could have easily shared one meal with leftovers. Also when my husband and I were asking about pizza size for us, they suggested two pizzas would be good. We left with a 1 1/2 child’s size pizzas and over a full size adult pizza in boxes. However, Good pizza and fun ambience!

We went for downtown dining week. The bruschetta app was excellent. The pizza toppings were good, I just prefer a thinner crust. The unexpected surprise was the chicken parm-it was excellent! Juicy and tender and the vodka sauce was also very good.
