This restaurant is permanently closed. At dish, we pride ourselves in creating new and exciting contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis and focus on flavor. We use exceptional ingredients including the best available local and organic products whenever possible. Of primary importance to us is the dining experience of our guests. Wow! Wow! Wow! On a vacation to the desert several years ago, we tried dish when it was in Cathedral City. We pledged to return and finally made it to its new location in downtown Palm Springs. The ambience and setting now match the quality and creativity of the cuisine. What a wonderful evening! The place is art. The food is art. The service is spectacular. I could rave about each menu item, and each amuse bouche generously offered (a half dozen exquisite between-course tidbits), but there is no need to differentiate because each was a revelation. Do yourself a favor and go. You will have a great meal, a wonderful time and you won't have to liquidate assets to do it. Kudos to Chef Joane and her magnificent team!

Great food with fabulous tasting bites in between the courses!

All dishes are presented in a creative, appealing manner. I especially enjoyed the creative use of vegetables as an accompaniment . Very nice cordial vibe!

MOST AMAZING food!! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the service was spectacular. Staff was very knowledgeable on the food and the chef was able to accommodate our "non-dairy" diner. So worth the visit!! Highly, highly recommended.

Great food, service and staff
Chef came to the table and greeted us and explained the dish. Very nice. I would recommend it for "date night" I would not take children as I think the meal would get lost of them.

I took my GF there for a special experience for a birthday. We eat out quite a bit, but this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone was exceptionally nice and knew it was a birthday from the notes in the reservation. The preparations were wonderful, flavors and textures unique. The little tastes they bring throughout the evening were each a statement and entirely fun to try. My first choice was the Sea Bass (being a fish person), and unfortunately they were out by the time we got there. They were very apologetic, and polite about this. I understand completely and expect this to happen from time to time everywhere. The drinks were unique and each was wonderful. Wine list had interesting things I have not tried or seen before. A recommendation made was also great. The Chef/owner came out twice and walked to every table and asked how we were enjoying things. What a place!

A absolute new favorite restaurant, wish I had something like this closer to where I live. We will be back!

Chicken was undercooked, while the restaurant took it back and heated it through the result was a dry piecesof overcooked chicken with a ton of sauce on it to cover up the overcooked chicken. They apologized for the error of serving raw chicken but for a restaurant of their caliber they should not have made th error.

First visit for my boyfriend's birthday. Everything from start to finish was awesome. Was pleasantly surprised by the amuse-bouches served prior to our meal. All were inventive. Very nice touch. Started with a couple of their craft cocktails & the cauliflower risotto which was very good. My boyfriend had the beef tenderloin with crab mash potatoes and I had the black cod with spinach roulades. Both dishes were wonderful. Lauren our server was great. Everyone was very attentive and had impeccable timing without being intrusive. Everything from start to finish was amazing...cocktails, plating, food, service and ambiance. We will definitely go again.

We travel to Palm Springs twice a year and we always make sure we get to Dish Creative Cuisine. It's our favorite restaurant in PS. The food and service are awesome, the owner is very pleasant and has fantastic dishes. If you have the chance to visit the restaurant you won't be disappointed.

As usual, everyone was pleased with their meal. Great food - so creative! Don't come here for a quick bite, you need to enjoy the whole dining experience. We we there for just over two hours and absolutely loved everything about our time there. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

We were very disappointed in the Lamb Chops. They were very thin and over cooked. My Sea Bass was under cooked.
Maybe it was an off night, because we have always thought the food was outstanding

We dined after Palm Springs experienced a flash flood and the team at Dish did not skip a beat. From the first greeting to Chef stopping by periodically to see if we were enjoying the menu, it was a wonderful experience.

DISH is wonderful Grapefruit/shrimp/lobster/avocado salad was wonderful. Had scallops for entry and they were perfect. All the little extras make Dish a memorable fun place to dine.

It was my first time there and my wife and I ordered an appetizer and an entree each. In a few minutes after we got our order in they brought a bite size snack for both of us. Which was really cool surprising and refreshing. When they came out with the next thing and it wasn't our appetizer I was shocked and amazed. Throughout the meal they came with different things just to please the guests. For example they said to cleanse our palates before our dinner they came with an apple purée on a toothpick frozen just enough to melt in your mouth and be stuck to the toothpick at the same time. I did think the meal and appetizer were not the biggest portions but I ended up going home with leftovers. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and delicious. But the appetizers were just mediocre.

Wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The chef provides tiny bites of various concoctions between courses that were fantastic. The entree's were unique and wonderfully prepared with flavorful combinations. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Descriptions of each bite was provided.

Wow.. I have been living here now for almost 2 years and never knew about this restaurant, and I was truly surprised.. the prix fixe was amazing... the quality of the food and creativeity of the dishes were all superb, the service, I have to say was extremely professional and friendly.. I do love the atmosphere.. the design is truly unique and one of a kind, which is very welcoming. This is now a go to restaurant for us..

Dinner was very tasty and the assorted "amuse bouche" that were delivered throughout the meal made it an interesting experience. You do need time to eat here as the time from ordering to the setting of the mail course was over 90 minutes.
