    The food wad very good, had the 45 day dry aged ribeye. It was very good , but to be honest I find it hard to believe it was 45 days. Still i.must say it was dry aged to some degree and very good. The usual steakhouse sides were properly prepared. The winelist was nice as well. The best part was our bartender I think her name may have been Sylvia, we ate at the bar, I would give her a 100 our of 10, seriously . Everyone we encountered during our meal was on point, I would say the same for the hotel staff overall.

    I asked for medium rare and received medium well. An $80 steak should be perfect and mine was not, tasty, but not what I asked for. The sides were delicious. My overall experience was nice.

    The waiter recommended the short rib and the scallops and we had the soup special and crab cake for appetizers. On point, excellent, delicious. Even better than the food was the service. Thank you to the staff. We left as raving fans. 🙌🎉🥂

    We were celebrating our 36 anniversary and Diplomat Prime was a very cozy place and chic place to do it. The food was amazing especially the bone-in aged Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I highly recommend it.

    the service was great. I had to give 4 stars because you gave me a rare steak when I ordered a medium well steak. however, it was taken care of very fast. I highly RECOMMEND Diplomat Prime.

    Absolutely the best! Diplomat Prime never disappoints. We had trouble with our reservation and hostess fixed the problem and got us seated! Then we specifically went here as we have done before for the A5 Wagyu beef and it was not on the menu. We asked our server and he's like yes we have it it's just not on menu right now.....how many ounces would you like!!!!! We had a person with peanut and tree nut allergies and they made us so comfortable with all the choices we made and actually gave her special chef made chocolates!!!!! that was safe for her for dessert since the other options were not Totally recommended

    Amazing food, great drinks, exceptional service. Gene was, as always, knowledgeable and very helpful, attentive and personable. Dimas was another member of the wait staff that was great and super attentive as were they all. The hostess was very accommodating to our request to be waited on by a specific server and every dish and every drink was great as always.

    My two friends did the dine out Lauderdale menu and were very happy. I eat a little differently, so I ordered the jumbo shrimp cocktail along with grilled asparagus and roasted cauliflower. Unfortunately, the shrimp were not edible as they were rubbery - a few minutes overcooked.   When asked how everything was, I did tell the server, and she took it back. The cauliflower was not cooked enough, it was too raw - hard & cold. I kept it figuring I would finish cooking it the next night for dinner. So for dinner, I had two glasses of wine and asparagus with one roll. That cost me $94. I am not sure if I would return.

    This restaurant is always fantastic. In Particular, Allison the lady who runs the front door is exceptional. We Love this restaurant as the for and service is always on point. We will come back each time we are in Hollywood as we can always count on this place to deliver an incredible experience and we wont go anywhere else. The food service team is amazing and is always so pleasant, we look forward to seeing them all again soon.

    Excellent food, excellent service, from the manager, Rodlyn, Melania, our server, and Sonny, who took care of our every need. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating. The food quality was outstanding. My porterhouse was delicious with the filet portion being one of the most tender and flavorful I've ever had. Kate had a lobster with risotto dish that was superior. The lobster was tasty and the risotto, while creamy, was not overpowering, as that type of dish can be. One small note, we found the food a little salty for our pallet. That is likely because we don't use much salt in our cooking. This did not detract from the quality of the food or our experience. Well Done!
