   Fabulous evening. Food was excellent, especially the steak and sea bass. Service was fantastic everyone was extremely professional. Our waiters enhanced our dinning experience. The room was smaller than normal fine dinning restaurants and that added to the ambience. It is expensive but not overly expensive. Strongly recommend for fine dinning restaurants. After dinning, your party have the Diplomat facilities especially the large bar and lounge.

   The scallops in white fish sauce was amazing. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We had excellent service we ordered and stone crab claw appetizer and they were very good. My husbands steak was perfectly cooked

   Bartender seemed very judgy when we came in for a drink before dinner. I found her rude and not hospitable. Food was amazing

   The service team was excellent. We really enjoyed the whole team, very professional and attentive. Also very friendly. We enjoyed our meal and recommend visiting if you stay at the hotel.

   What a fantastic dining experience. The chef made an off-menu vegetarian dish for my wife, was able to select a 12 year old bottle of red for dinner, the service was engaging, attentive and outstanding.

   We waited for an almost an hour for our food to arrive cold. After mentioning it to the server he ignored us the remaining of the evening.
