    Service was fantastic once we were seated (hostess was a bit slow to seat us despite a reservation). Carpaccio was fabulous. Scallops and filet were both really good. The bottle of wine we ordered was $150 on their online wine list (viewed the same day) but we were charged $215 for it - inflation maybe? The bananas foster crème brûlée was just ok - perhaps it’s not an ideal combination since CB is best cold and BF is best flaming hot. Waiter was super helpful and table service was top notch; however this was a $500 dinner for 2 and at that price I should be blown away.

    The experience was great! Food was good! Although I felt was the steaks were somewhat overpriced and there should have been a 6oz or 7oz filet option available. 10pz is way too much steak for lighter appetite and that was the smallest steak on the menu. I was traveling so take home was not an option and that’s extremely wasteful.

    The most important is the food. Had the twin lobster tails for two and it was absolutely outstanding. The crab on top was perfect and the broiled tails were cooked perfectly. Started with the crab cake appetizer it it was perfect. The asparagus side was just ok. The atmosphere is classy and quiet. The staff at this restaurant are all very professional. Sebastian and Melania were great. The staff that brings you water and bread and buses your table were so very nice. You can tell they all enjoy what they are doing and they go out of their way to make your evening memorable. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

    The bread was just OK. The Caesar salad did not taste like any Caesar salad I have ever had. It had anchovies, but it was not zippy enough. I will not order that again. The peppercorn sauce for the steak was nothing to speak of. The ribeye with bone-in said 22 oz on the menu. The taste was great, but even with the weight of the bone I don't think it was a 22 oz. steak. The steak fries were good. The creamed spinach was very good. The oreo cheesecake was good also. We will go back.

    Ordered steak, Australians fillet. Was over cooked and had wired taste! Had two bites. Stopped eating… I got sick few hours later I been there before ! Most likely this experience is an exception ( usually excellent food )

    Fellow next to us was on his phone on a FaceTime call with his wife and kids for at least 10 minutes. When paying this much for dinner I expect someone from the restaurant to say something to him. Very rude and allowed to continue. Way overpriced though service was excellent.

    We ordered the prime rib. It was about 1 inch thick, no char, no flavor. It cost $95. We sent it back and asked to try again. We got the same thing. We ate two bites. Paid our $400 bill, and left, putting this place forever on our naughty list. You have been warned. It’s not what it used to be.

    From the first staff member we met at the door, thru the entire dining experience it was 5 star. Everything you would expect from a high level dining venue. Food was fantastic, unique cocktails, and extensive wine list. Thus place is an absolute must visit if you are looking for a nice night out.

    Beef carpaccio is very salty. 😣 Crab cake is one of the best. Over all is a good dinner, a bit overpriced because of the wine and drinks. Rum cake and yuzu are too bland and nothing special.

    We were the table where it all went wrong. Confusion bagan the second my wife and I arrived at our scheduled reservation. It was supposed to be special. This was our 22nd wedding anniversary. The hostess seemed hurried, spastic, and confused while she went for help. We are finally seated and greeted. After a short exchange with one of the servers (multiple servers), she’s off with the entire order and appetizers on the way. So far so good. Appetizers arrive and nobody approaches our table for more than 40min. A different server or staff delivered an “anniversary dessert”. Nice touch, but we haven’t eaten. By now it’s obvious that the ball is dropped, food isn’t coming, and confusion ensues. Our table was apparently reassigned, and nobody took responsibility nor communicated. I understand mistakes can, and do happen. We gave them 30 more min before we abandoned the restaurant, hungry. It’s really unfortunate that it turned out like this. The manager apologized and offered a future reservation. We won’t be retuning. According to my wife, this is a kind review.

    Diplomat Prime is one of the BEST dining experiences we have ever had. We usually eat in the bar, but decided to get a proper table inside the dining room. Service was excellent .. We had up to three servers taking care of us and the matre d’ checked in us as well. Food was excellent .. The prime ribeye is amazing, the whole meal was amazing

    seating @7:00pm leaving our table @9:30 after our starter was serve and table ready for our course dinner ,we wait and wait and wait ,we make desperate sign to other servers ,when finally we get our dinner my Husband lost his appetite ,from waiting and frustration from complete lack of care ,We are 80+ of age this evening was suppose to be our special evening together (before grave health issues been taking care of ) what a disappointment !     The food wad very good, had the 45 day dry aged ribeye. It was very good , but to be honest I find it hard to believe it was 45 days. Still i.must say it was dry aged to some degree and very good. The usual steakhouse sides were properly prepared. The winelist was nice as well. The best part was our bartender I think her name may have been Sylvia, we ate at the bar, I would give her a 100 our of 10, seriously . Everyone we encountered during our meal was on point, I would say the same for the hotel staff overall.

    I asked for medium rare and received medium well. An $80 steak should be perfect and mine was not, tasty, but not what I asked for. The sides were delicious. My overall experience was nice.

    The waiter recommended the short rib and the scallops and we had the soup special and crab cake for appetizers. On point, excellent, delicious. Even better than the food was the service. Thank you to the staff. We left as raving fans. 🙌🎉🥂

    We were celebrating our 36 anniversary and Diplomat Prime was a very cozy place and chic place to do it. The food was amazing especially the bone-in aged Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I highly recommend it.
