“memorable modern Greek cuisine" that “would make them jealous in Athens”, particularly when paired with an “extensive wine list” worthy of Dionysus; the five owners provide “over-the-top” service in the spirit of filoxenia (the art of hospitality) for what’s sure to be a "big fat Greek night" out. - Zagat

Exceptional service from Jeremey our lead waiter. Perfectly prepared dishes were brought to the table hot of the grille. My Uncle’s 92nd birthday was fabulous!
Los Gatos’ best dining! Try everything, but the lamb chops are a must. They have a new chef from Haiwaii and there are some new menu items that are amazing!
Too much hype, not much value: over priced, nothing Greek and Mediterranian about food. Ironically, there is nothing Greek about the food. False disguise for 99% American food with pita bread thrown free to make people believe!
Service was outstanding. Food was good but not outstanding. Not sure what makes a restaurant Michelin rated, but I was expecting better food. I would still go back though.
This was my first time at the restaurant. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent for the most parts though I was not impressed with the homemade ice cream, and the main fish dish was good but not outstanding. Appetizers were delicious. We asked to be seated in a corner/quiet area and were surprised to be seated in a very central table. It was somewhat noisy for a while as it was busy dinner time.
Dio Deka is a must for a fine dining experience. The food is delicious and great care is taken in the presentation. The servers are effortlessly attentive.
Thank you for making my mother feel special on her birthday!! Excellent food & service.
Dio Deka is superb food! As always I am very satisfied with the great service and the extreme level of detail and care with which the food is prepared.
Every dish is flavorful, the staff is attentive & friendly. Our favorite restaurant for many years!
Not only the best greek restaurant in the country but a top 100 in the US!
Dio Deka is always an experience. Service has Always been impeccable ... food can be hit or miss. Hits- octopus, scallops & ribs-AhhMazing. For $58 My 8oz filet looked like a 6oz filet & it came on its own...so I ordered mushrooms which were delectable. Price wise... be prepared to get less. I will still go back. Maybe have starters for my entrees as those are always amazing.
Excellent. Every aspect with the exception of my mom’s not moist enough lamb osso bucco.
Usually a solid place to eat, but the lamb chops were not good (burned on the outside, red on the inside).
Have been here several times and the food and service are always outstanding. Everything is cooked perfectly. Meats, seafood and produce are always so fresh. Waiters are highly experienced and take very good care of customers. Love this place!
Service was excellent ! Fish excellent. Lamb was ok. Bar tender not good. Appetizers excellent
Our meals were excellent and our server was very attentive. Since we had our mini-dachshund with us, we especially appreciated the pet-friendly patio seating option.
Had the fish on bed of greens with small potatoes. Fish bland, greens so salty not eatable, potatoes overdone and too salty.
Thank you for very attentive personal service. Perfect for our anniversary.
Food was fantastic
Service was phenomenal and the food was exceptional. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have had a better night. Wonderful wine list, plenty to choose from but the staff was so knowledgable that they suggested a wine based on the notes I like most. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Seated outside, excellent wait staff and service, food was great and also Gatos is a great spot.
A previously revered dining spot disappointed this time. Hope it is not a trend. The "yesterday" Greek magic did not re-appear. Starters and desserts were authentic. The rest....an upscale steak place.
Presumably market demand. Wines by the glass OK; by the bottle in a HUGE wine list with prices that dazzle the only well-to-do, but are suitable for Silicon Valley ostentation and newly rich..
excellent in every respect. Ambiance, service, and food were all superb. Worth the hefty pricetag.
Great appetizers and wine list. The entrees (moussaka and fish) were pretty tasty but still overpriced. Dining outdoors is beautiful and great for people watching. Excellent service.
Had a great time and enjoyed the entire experience.
Food and service excellent!
Always one of the most pleasurable dining experiences. Wonderful.
Four of us had dinner there on a Tuesday night. Service was excellent. appetizers and salad courses were also very good; and others in the party enjoyed their fish choices for main courses. However for the main course I ordered the "Shortrib Moussaka". I am very fond of shortribs and was looking forward to an interesting presentation. Unfortunately, the meat had no flavor, and was dry and stringy; the "moussaka" consisted of one slice of eggplant (tasty), and a sauce that was hard to identify, not flavorful, and certainly unrelated to any moussaka dishes I've had in the past. I was very disappointed. What's more it cost $41.00. This is an expensive restaurant.
Very nice. Great service and wonderful food. We were there early so not as noisy as later.
Expensive but worth it for special occasions. What more can I beyond excellent.
Had a great time celebrating my husband's birthday with a few friends. The food was great and service excellent.
Always a great dinner venue. Service and food excellent. Greek style
Dio Deka never disappoints! The food is always amazing and the drinks are, too! I highly recommend the Lamb. The service is perfect and the ambiance is wonderful. Such a great place for a celebration.
What a perfect meal, along with a lovely dining experience overall. Good cocktails, excellent service in a leisurely, unhurried atmosphere. The grilled octopus starter was beautifully prepared, as were the lamb meatballs; the tzatziki was very good. As for the entrees, I highly recommend the Branzino filet, along with the bone-in Filet Mignon, and the short rib Moussaka is a brilliant presentation. Apparently they have a new pastry chef, as well, so do not pass up dessert!!! We had this hazelnut creation that was nothing short of genius. We will be back!
Went for a nice birthday dinner. Good menu selection and great service. Enjoyed all of it, including the special dessert.
The food was outstanding as always. For the first time the service was very uneven. Took a very long time to get waited on in the bar then at the table our order came out in uneven intervals.
Great place for a special occasion. Lamb chops to die for and the branzini (sea bass) falls apart!!
We did not know what to expect when we reserved our table, but had heard such good things about Dio Deka that we had to try it. Greek food is really not my favorite. There was a lot of Greek influence, but it certainly was not a distraction. The food was superb. They have an interesting way of serving. The sides and salad are all big enough portions for all to share. They serve them on platters with large serving spoons. We had brussel sprouts, salad, potatoes, and mushrooms - all to share. My husband and I both had the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. It took me three days to finish up as leftovers. Our friend had the Branzini and she said it was Rey delicious. She took hers home too.
The service was also interesting. The servers are dressed beautifully. I thought our server was a manager, checking to see how our evening was going. She was very professional, but engaging and attentive. Her name was Ali and I would highly recommend her. There is a huge wine list. We brought our own wine. They charge a $35 corkage fee, but waive it if you buy a bottle, which we did.
For an interesting night out for dinner with exceptional food and amazing service, check out Dio Deka. It’s worth the price.
One of my all time favorites. I live in Texas, but whenever I am in the area I entertain at Dio Deka. I brought three newbies Tuesday night and returned Wednesday night with four more newbies. Everyone loved it.
