Too expensive for what you get back in food quality.

Everything was superb. Dressed Snails, Smoked salmon and beetroot, quail all delicious

Another fantastic lunch at Dinner - think it was my 5/6 visit. Loved the introduction of a set lunch menu which makes choosing much easier!

A huge shout-out to the outstanding staff here - there is none of the stuffiness so often associated with this level of restaurant. I can not recommend Dinner highly enough - yes, it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny.

Goes without saying that the food is sensational- ultimate favourite is the meat fruit starter - wow!!

Had the set lunch menu. At £48 for 3 courses it's one of the best deals for fine dining in London.

I have eaten and worked at many one michelin starred restaurants before, but never a 2 star, so I was very curious to see how big the difference would be. I can say that I have never experienced such amazing service, from every single member of the front of house. I was blown away by the attention to detail. My main course of quail was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Few ingredients used perfectly. A flawless purée and beautifully smoked chestnuts worked so well together.

Amazing work, and I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in London.

What a wonderful place and restaurant. My best friend and I always celebrate our birthdays every year with fine dining at special restaurants. Dinner by Heston was exceptional. We were led to a window table over looking the park. The attention to detail and service was excellent!! The starters we enjoyed were the spiced red wine chicken liver parfait called Meat Fruit, presented as if it were an orange. The other starter (mine) was called the Rice & Flesh - Saffron, calf tail & red wine. Oh my gosh the flavours were just crazy, in the most enjoyable way. The main dishes were just as exquisite. All I can say is “Happiness in my mouth”!! The champagne lovely and the cocktails had a bit of a kick!!🔥
We were presented with a beautiful little birthday chocolate and nut cake each. Two bites and it was gone, much to my regret!!
Yes it was a little expensive, but was it worth it? 100% I wish to thank all those who served us you made our lunch experience absolutely wonderful!!
Will we come again, most definitely!!!

Phenomenal service that supports a relaxed atmosphere with exceptional food. Requests left with the manager several days before were executed graciously. This included congratulating our daughter, who was celebrating a major success, on arrival and at several other times during dinner. The entire staff was informed and quite attentive. This is a fine dining restaurant for families. What a treat!

Simply amazing. The team absolutely took care of us, give that I am with three boys. Food is exquisite. Looking forward to our next visit!

We celebrated our wife's birthday and our anniversary, from the very beginning the staff made us feel very comfortable, the service was impeccable, the food was terrific, we had dined at Michelin starred restaurant before so we had high hopes, but the place even exceeded ours.

Simply perfect. This was our fourth visit and it is amazing every time. The food is 11/10 and the staff make the experience even better. Always so friendly and professional. Looking forward to next time!

It was all amazing and delicious. We came to dinner because of my husband. We called the two days before to reconfirm the booking and say that I'm intolerant to egg and dairy. All the service was so nice with me, and they adapted the whole set lunch menú with any problem. My husband also ordered the Meat fruit 'cause he is chef in Barcelona and is a huge fan of Heston. At the end of the meal, the maitre said that the meatfruit is a compliment from the restaurant because is an honour that a chef from far away came to them to try this one. We both absolutely loved the experience. We are sure that on the next trip to London, hopefuly soon, we will come back to Dinner. Thanks again to all the staff for the excellent attention.

The quality of the food is far from what I expected, given the owner behind the restaurant and the price level. The halibut I ate at the main course was dry and boring.

For our first wedding anniversary we wanted to celebrate with some fine dining, overlooking the park where we got engaged. Our afternoon at Dinner by Heston was fantastic. I would highly recommend the experience. The service was professional and friendly, the food was delicious and exciting. 5 Stars.

The food was delicious, but the deserts were exceptional. The service was impeccable, with a great ambiance.

Quite expensive for what we had but very good service and ambiance. We were here for our honeymoon dinner

I had the Frumenty as the appetizer. It was alright but not anything to die for.
I had the halibut as a main. Overcooked and not tasty. The vinegary sauce was a bit overwhelming.
On the whole, the food was not as good as previously. (One of us had the ribeye, the quality of which was excellent though.)
The service was rather poor, I tried to find someone to fill our glasses of water, made quite a few attempts before someone even noticed. The waiters weren't very attentive. Didn't expect this at Dinner by Heston.
Overall, not as good as before. A bit disappointed.

5 Friends occassionally book a surprise Monday. This was also a Birthday Celebration & it could not have been better. The set lunch was both delicious & exactly the right amount of food, beautifully presented.
Quite probably the best lunch we have ever enjoyed. Thank you all.

Meat fruit: beautiful execution on the liver and orange jelly, not fatty at all, even refreshing I would say. But the bread served with it is soaked in butter, smells great, but ruined the taste of the refreshing orange flavour. I would only finish the liver as a starter. If the bread can be refined, I would say this is a wonderful dish.

Pork chop: best garnish I have ever tasted, with only one flaw is that the vegetable is not quite ‘juicy’. Speaking of juicy, the pork is very juicy and chewy at the beginning, but when I get to the meat near the bone, it is way too chewy and a bit over cooked. Overall I would say a dish that is wonderful on garnish, but slightly disappointing on the main character.

Eggs in verjuice: just wonderful. I do feel that the “egg shell” made by coco fat is a bit flavourless. Hence, I recommend people order the pigeon as main course, so the garnish artichoke can enlarge the sweetness.
