Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes.

We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I understand Dinner Omakase is $170 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $90 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($85 at dinner $45 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill.

All guests must consume raw fish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian restrictions.

Victor is by far the best Omikase chef I have ever been served by. his knowledge and attention to detail is far above the rest. I cannot say enough good things about Victor as he is top-notch. He explains each piece where it’s from and how it’s prepared and what to expect.

This dinner exceeded our expectations. Hai was our chef and he was so personable. We have been to multiple omakase dinners and this was one of our favorites. We were offered a variety of fish with amazing flavor. We will definitely be back regularly.

Had a nice time. Good food. But, after having made a reservation on Open Table, we got there and they did not have our reservation. Showed them my reservation confirmation email. They did make a table for us though. The manager gave me his card and recommended that i call for a reservation in the future.

Excellent service by Patrick! He Took the time to make recommendations and made me feel welcomed from the moment I sat down ! I’ve enjoyed the steaks on previous visits and highly recommend them, however the chilean sea bass was the best I’ve had ! Excellent recommendation by Patrick! Delicious food and excellent service! Excellent chow, good service, great people who aim to please. Nice to have this place in the area as everything is prepared so nicely, fresh and delicious. Enjoyed Garden Salad (so fresh), Steamed Pork Goyza, California Rolls, Chicken Pad Se-Ew. Wasn't wild about the Crispy Brussels and Bok Choy. Service was excellent. TIP: Their lunch specials are an amazing deal, as is the happy hour menu. The regular menu is fairly priced, so no worries. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
