Each and every Sunday morning, we transform The Circle into a spectacular brunch experience. It’s an elaborate, not-to-be-missed event, sought out by seasoned travelers and Palm Beach locals alike.

Begin with favorites like Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, then explore our more eclectic offerings, such as imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops and carved beef tenderloin. Then discover our raw bar, boasting a sushi selection, domestic caviar station, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters and seasonal stone crab (October - May). Last but certainly not least: more than 30 decadent desserts.

Excelente en casi todo. El servicio a la mesa fue de lo mejor, el sabor y calidad de la comida también. El lugar es hermoso. Lo único que no fue excelente en mi opinión es el servicio de la gente que sirve la comida en el bufete y el precio, que aún con la altísima calidad, es elevado. No me arrepiento y lo disfruté mucho, pero difícilmente creo regresar.

Located within an intimate space found in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, Moody Tongue Sushi presents an exclusive 13 course omakase experience highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.

The 13 course omakase menu is currently $145 per guest and the curated beer pairing is $75 per guest. Please note: pricing may vary due to the seasonality of ingredients and menu changes; however, the price noted here at the time of your reservation will be honored when you join us should any adjustments be implemented prior to your reservation date.
