“Mojo,” pronounced “mo-ho,” which means “Caribbean garlic sauce” in Spanish, is a citrus and garlic marinade and dipping sauce that is the foundation of many traditional Cuban dishes.

Our menu is a nod to that tradition with a dash of modern expression to keep it fun and fresh. Mojo features an authentic line-up of traditional Cuban comforts like ropa vieja, empanadas, fried yuca, mojo chicken, and the quintessential Cuban sandwich.

At our indoor/outdoor bar, guests will find an impressive array of rums designed both for sipping and for anchoring traditional cocktails all prepared against the backdrop of a regionally inspired soundtrack intentionally curated to accompany the shaking and stirring. Another wonderful experience from Vivace. Our server Bella was wonderful. The drinks (martinis) were terrific, the pours are generous, and they dont break the bank. There are other restaurants in the area that are gouging the higher end liquor which provide the restaurants higher margins. Not here they are really trying to provide value and want you to come back. Check prices locally to see the difference. Dinner was excellent as usual. I had the salmon over angel with rock shrimp, portion was fabulous another value. My partner had the tenderloin, and it was perfect and the mashed potatoes were some of the best I have had. Desert was awesome, the fondue we had was semi-sweet chocolate with vanilla gelato smothered in almonds. Because we were celebrating a birthday they comped the desert. Think they want us back? One of the best restaurants of the area, they continue to prove they care about the customer. They always make sure we feel important and find value in the experience, as well as providing great food and atmosphere! No brainer for Italian in Tucson.

What a wonderful dining experience! I’m not sure what was better, the wonderful selection of meats, or some of the most attentive service my wife and I’ve experienced. Come hungry, and willing to try everything.

What a delightful evening we enjoyed! This is such a beautiful setting and inviting dining experience. The hostess greeted us with a friendly and welcoming smile and our server was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. The food was outstanding we both enjoyed our meals (watermelon salad with shrimp and the chicken dish) and the Churro dessert was fantastic. We will be back!
