The OK Corral Gun Club is Florida's premier outdoor shooting range, restaurant, and events facility. We are open to the public 6 days a week. Shooting venues include two sporting clay courses, trap & skeet, wobble deck, 5-stand, covered pistol & rifle ranges, 10 cowboy action stages, Doc's .22 shooting gallery and competition park. Dining options are available at The Hitching Post 6 days a week.

Host your special event, fundraiser, corporate event, luncheon, or holiday gathering in our Crystal Ballroom, Ranch House, or Livery Stable accommodating up to 200 guests. Come out and spend the day with family and friends enjoying all of the modern comforts and amenities the OK Corral Gun Club offers our guests.

Since 2009, The Chef’s Table has been a destination for authentic fine Italian cuisine, paired with warm, professional service. In 2019, owner Carra Crehan welcomed Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti from Senigallia, Italy, under an O-1 visa—granted only to individuals with extraordinary ability. His culinary artistry is evident in every dish.

Our intimate 54-seat space blends understated elegance with a sense of home. At its heart is a beloved family heirloom: a well-worn table that seats six, inviting guests to gather, connect, and savor each moment.

Chef Michele Jones is a 3rd generation restauranteur and takes great pride in her dishes. She grew up in her family’s restaurant and followed in her parents and grandparent’s footsteps. Now, her children work alongside her in the restaurant, primed and ready to follow in their parent’s steps.

Michele’s business success has been balanced with a rich family life and a very generous community spirit. Active in her children’s school and sporting events, she lends out her free time to the community when she’s able, and enjoys all of what the Treasure Coast has to offer.

Cuando llegó el momento de abrir su restaurante en Downtown Stuart, el propietario y su esposa Elizabeth sentían cómo crecía el entusiasmo. Tras varios años de visitar a sus padres y cada vez que consideraban un sitio distinto, su corazón seguía llevándolos hasta el mismo lugar. Junto a su hijo Taylor (ahora chef ejecutivo), el esposo posee una educación culinaria y esta familia de tres es apasionada en extremo de la comida de calidad, bebidas y hospitalidad, pues disfrutan completamente atender a sus comensales.The Gafford es llamado así en honor a sus abuelos, quienes les mostraron cómo disfrutar de la vida, divertirse y reír (en especial de ellos mismos). Su abuelo estuvo en la Fuerza Aérea y el negocio de la hospitalidad, así que le enseñó muchas cosas acerca de negocios, cocina y hospitalidad. Cuando era joven visitaba a sus abuelos en la granja, en donde el abuelo le enseñó cómo asar. El platillo que más disfrutaba de cocinar junto a él era un enorme ribeye. Este es el platillo característico de su menú y lo llama "the Gafford". The Gafford, donde se encuentra lo casual con lo elegante, le da la bienvenida.

It is now comprised of not only the Fine Dining Dinner Restaurant, but also Creperie for Breakfast & Lunch and Havana Nights Piano Bar for Dinner (in a more casual setting), Live Entertainment & Drinks. Reservations highly recommended. Dress is business casual. No jackets required.

Tucked away behind a layer of tropical landscape, you can find us just 1 block away from South Beach Public Park, directly in between South Beach Pizza & Dario's. We share the property with Carribean Court Boutique Hotel - a separate business that has been a landmark for years in the South Beach area. We have 2 parking lots located off of Jasmine Lane.
