The OK Corral Gun Club is Florida's premier outdoor shooting range, restaurant, and events facility. We are open to the public 6 days a week. Shooting venues include two sporting clay courses, trap & skeet, wobble deck, 5-stand, covered pistol & rifle ranges, 10 cowboy action stages, Doc's .22 shooting gallery and competition park. Dining options are available at The Hitching Post 6 days a week.

Host your special event, fundraiser, corporate event, luncheon, or holiday gathering in our Crystal Ballroom, Ranch House, or Livery Stable accommodating up to 200 guests. Come out and spend the day with family and friends enjoying all of the modern comforts and amenities the OK Corral Gun Club offers our guests.

In 2019, owner Carra Crehan welcomed Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti from Senigallia, Italy, under an O-1 visa—granted only to individuals with extraordinary ability. His culinary artistry is evident in every dish.

Our intimate 54-seat space blends understated elegance with a sense of home. At its heart is a beloved family heirloom: a well-worn table that seats six, inviting guests to gather, connect, and savor each moment.

Michelina’s Italian Restaurant & Catering has been serving guests around the Treasure Coast for over 20 years. We take pride in making all of our dishes & desserts from scratch, exactly the way our grandmother used to.

Chef Michele Jones is a 3rd generation restauranteur and takes great pride in her dishes. She grew up in her family’s restaurant and followed in her parents and grandparent’s footsteps. Now, her children work alongside her in the restaurant, primed and ready to follow in their parent’s steps.

Michele’s business success has been balanced with a rich family life and a very generous community spirit. Active in her children’s school and sporting events, she lends out her free time to the community when she’s able, and enjoys all of what the Treasure Coast has to offer.

This was our first time there and we will definitely be going back. The service was excellent. The young man serving us was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable about the menu and food. We were the only ones in there at first, a table of six older folks (keep in mind I am in my 60's) were sat next to us, and they were very loud but that's not the restaurants' fault. The food was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered a chicken pasta dish she loved, the portion was more than enough for her. I had the homemade ravioli, and it was fantastic! Three HUGE raviolis stuffed with homemade ricotta cheese covered in a very tasty red sauce, so so GOOD! I know, you see only three raviolis, but it was plenty! The desert was a layered chocolate mousse/pudding thing white cream mousse type of thing inside on an Oreo cookie bed. We split that and enjoyed every bite. All in all, an excellent date night with top notch food and service.

Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.
