Beautiful waterfront location with a spectacular view. The interior design has a warm, intimate vibe and the open kitchen & wood burning oven have been well thought out. Food was amazing! Without a doubt the best falafel (appetizer) I have ever had & my steak was done to perfection. Highly recommend the SmokeShow cocktail!! Our server was excellent! Terrific demeanor & exceptional timing. Highly recommend!

The food and service is consistently very good. Having said that they could use more servers at times but overall it’s one of our go to spots in Burlington.

From the moment we arrived at Trattoria Timone, the service was impeccable. Once seated, our server was there to welcome us; we had a nice conversation with him and then he got us comfortable with water and our drink order. Since it was our wedding anniversary, we were surprised by two glasses of champagne that he brought to us. He remained very helpful and attentive all night - even as the restaurant got busier as the evening went on, we were never forgotten. Our appetizer and meal were absolutely perfect. We ended our dinner sharing a delicious piece of carrot cake, with Happy Anniversary written on the plate. The attention to detail that this restaurant provides is amazing. Thank you to for a wonderful meal and amazing customer service.

We ate on the patio. Really nice! Good service and good food. The hot chicken sandwich is SPICY! Beers are a bit overpriced and most are not full pint. Otherwise a great experience!

We ordered Peruvian chicken salad, turkey burger and poke bowl. All was very good. Our server was efficient and very friendly. . I will return.
