It's Italia abrió sus puertas en 1997 como una trattoria y pizzeria al estilo de San Francisco que servía pizzas gourmet, pastas hechas en casa y ensaladas creativas, todo esto con un sabor italocaliforniano y acompañado de una carta de vinos que incluía entre 10 y 12 varietales.
