We believe in living a clean, natural and organic lifestyle mirroring that of the old world, where people eat only local foods. Most of our ingredients are certified organic and we source from local farmers to promote sustainability. We want to showcase how fertile the Southern Oregon valley is and the amazing bounty available from local farmers.

We're excited to share our wine and food knowledge with Southern Oregon. We want to educate anyone willing to learn on wines of the world as well as how they compare to local wines. We will strive to constantly create new menu items and wine pairings.

Just minutes from Ashland, Medford and Jacksonville, our winery and tasting room are set magnificently on the forested foothills of Southern Oregon overlooking the Rogue Valley with views of Table Rocks and Mt McLoughlin in the backdrop.

We offer several seating areas each just steps away from the vines as you enjoy our award-winning wine. We produce Burgundian-style Pinot noirs and Chardonnays along with Barbera, Sangiovese, Syrah, Zinfandel and Port-style wines.

You will experience a wide variety of culinary options prepared using the freshest seasonally available ingredients from our local farming and artisan community to complement your wine tasting experience.

The result is delicious! You’ll feel like you have been transported to Tuscany or Burgundy, or both!

We are currently offering seating in our bar area, patio, and dining room. The garden area is open on a limited basis and taken on a first come first serve for walk-ins.

Serving dinner and bistro fare, Alchemy Restaurant and Bar offers cuisine transformed. With our Executive Chef, Michael Bryant, we specialize in fresh local ingredients, craft cocktails and boutique wines. We were honored to be named one of the Top 100 Restaurants for Foodies by OpenTable in 2015.

The Lindsay Lodge and Restaurant is a destination dining experience in the Applegate Valley. The restaurant is situated next to the Applegate River with a large balcony overlooking the river and beautiful views of the historic bridge. The Lindsay is proud to serve food sourced almost exclusively from the Applegate Valley. The menu has been created by Executive Chef John Blevins and features unique dishes centering around the New American cuisine. Wonderful service, excellent food and wine. We enjoyed Escargot, Pork cassoulet, duck a l’Orange, and shared a large and yummy profiterole for dessert. Great selection of both French and Oregon wines (we had a bottle of an Oregon Pinot Gris) 🥳🤣
