Here at Birchwood we only serve dishes & cocktails that are fresh & flavourful. Our specialty salads are made with fresh ingredients locally grown at Cornwall's largest indoor vertical farm, ZipGrow Inc.

Don't expect fast food. Our intimate and warm atmosphere was created for you to enjoy a cocktail and an appetizer while our chefs create a masterpiece from scratch. Everything on the menu is made in house, including our sensationally decadent ice cream.
