Food delicious, service extremely friendly and attentive. Favorite roll: "Firecracker" -- perfect for someone who like a little spicey and is reluctant to the "raw station" items. Sound level is perfect -- low background music, but not overpowering. Easy to have conversations at the table without shouting.

Located in the base of the historic Independence Tower, Café Volare is a delightful blend of old and new as it harks to the Art Deco period. With many Instagram worthy dishes and drinks, the décor adds the final touch to the ultimate share-worthy brunch experience. General manager Kaycee Parry has ensured that every aspect of your experience will keep you coming back for more.

It should be noted that the kitchen is a "scratch" kitchen in which it is the aim to make as much of the menu items from scratch as possible. Therefor this restaurant is best booked when you have the time to enjoy drinks and wait for your meal to arrive.

Great food as always. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito, crab cake benny and the bacon jam burger.

Great food and amazing service! The granola is soooo good and we also loved the breakfast sandwich. It was really cold because we were seated by the vents level with our table. But, our server covered them with extra menus and that took care of it! Way to troubleshoot! :-)

We had the best time! This is one of our favorite restaurants and haven’t been in a while so there were some new items on the menu. Everything new that we tried was delicious!! The service was amazing! Mahogany continues to be our absolute favorite restaurant!
