We tried Rincon 38 a couple years ago after visiting Spain. The food is better than any we had in Spain. It was great tonight as usual.

As usual, everything was great. From the front door valet to our table being ready at our reservation time. Only problem was that one steak was much closer to medium than to medium rare. Hash browns were very good. Dessert was provided at no charge to make up for over cooked steak. It is one of the best steak options in Twin Cities.

We are so sad that this was probably our last meal at ie! It was such a pleasure to take a visiting friend with us last night. She said it was the BEST Italian food she has ever had (including in Italy)!!! Taryn was our server and she was outstanding! We will miss the yummy Mussels in Limoncello broth - an epic way to start a meal. Thanks ie for great food…great service…and amazing memories!

Steakhouse
Downtown / Mill District
About the restaurant
As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this will be his homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities.
The restaurant features an elevated yet accessible seasonal menu, along with a variety of cuts of meat, dry aged in a display case.
The lounge has been given a modern makeover with chic furniture and marble table tops. A selection of living floor plants divides tables to create intimate seating. Bringing warmth to the room, the bar and adjacent fireplace keeps guests cozied up to a menu of progressive cocktails.

Thank you for lovely service and tasty food. It was very loud at lunchtime, and I was grateful that I could hear my companion well enough. I liked the variety of the menu. One of us had the halibut special, the other a grains salad, and we were both very pleased.

We had a fabulous evening again last night at Dan’s. The White Cheddar Bacon Tots are so good. And I am absolutely hooked on the Hot Smokey BBQ sauce. It was pretty busy last night, but the staff did not miss a beat. They always take such good care of the customers!
