MILA OMAKASE IS A 10-SEAT ENCLOSED ROOM OFFERING THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AND AUTHENTIC JOURNEY IN THE FAR EAST, MAGNIFIED BY THE MEDITERRANEAN INFLUENCES OF 26 TIME MICHELIN AWARDED CHEF MICHAËL MICHAELIDIS.

The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-years old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ chopstick display.

The ever-changing dishes evolve according to the 72 Japanese micro-seasons, involving the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, bluefin tuna from Ehime prefecture, and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa prefecture in Japan.

The first Bakalo’ Mykonos opened its doors in 2010 in Mykonos as a Greek casual chic eatery and immediately became the favorite spot of foodies in the island. All our dishes are served family style, and fish, shellfish, meat and of course vegetarian preparations are equally present, and our wines and beers offer labels often difficult to find outside Greece.

Sun, surf, sushi at Sushi Bichi, celebrating the culinary coastlines of the world’s most vibrant cultures in a beautiful, tropical Miami Beach location adjacent to the ocean in a serene, lush outdoor setting.

Executive Chef Byron Alabado and Executive Sushi Chef Shoyo Iida craft meticulous sushi, fire-cooked street skewers, inventive small plates and large entrees, plus fresh raw bar, ceviches & tiraditos that echo the authenticity of Japan, The Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Israel and The West Indies.

A 360 degree bar features fresh handcrafted Bichi cocktails, premium Japanese sake, wonderful wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

We are an outdoor Restaurant. Sushi Bichi reservation bookings are subject to weather conditions. Most of the restaurant is not under cover.

The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. The Den has set seating times, open Tuesday-Saturday.
