This restaurant has an atmosphere that is Thai artsy, and beautifully designed. It can be noisy, but that’s the only downside. The food is excellent! I would encourage people to branch out beyond Pad Thai and try some of the unique dishes they serve. Out meal was a delight.

555 is the place for USDA prime, hand-cut steak undoubtedly but I love their chargrilled “Mary’s” organic chicken. Both are good to-the-bone-! The appetizers of jumbo crab cake & shrimp cocktail elevate this steakhouse to continental dining institution - every morsel is a culinary staple. It’s been that way for nearly 40 years - best restaurant in southern ca. I’m nostalgic for the quartered wedge salad - not the halved - with the crunchiness and savoriness of diced thick-bacon. Save room for the NY cheesecake.
