Here at Shokunin we serve traditional omakase styled courses.
Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you”. The chef chooses the fresh fish selection daily and garnishes it into a 11 or 13 course meal. Our mission is to deliver a fine dining experience in a casual environment all at an affordable price.

As a disclaimer, we do not sell any rolls that are baked, fried, or contain eel sauce or spicy mayo. We also do not sell any kitchen items, such as teriyaki bowls.

The quality and creativity of omakase-style nigiris and roll were fantastic as always. The chef was very skillful and professional. Ingredients were fresh. A true gem in the bustling Haven Market. Yeah the ambience and noise levels are not as ideal due to being inside a food hall, but they make the best out of it, and the cuisine is truly delicious.

Another great meal with outstanding service by Daniel. Spaggi’s is a great restaursnt with delicious food. Everything is excellent prepared and presented. The entree selections are great with delicious pastas, chicken, steaks and fish dishes.

Great food-, the chicken piccata and swordfish were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The salads were crisp and tasty. The service is outstanding. Service and food have always been great when we've visited Hickory Ranch Steakhouse. The Hickory Ranch baseball cut steak is first rate and the salmon is also terrific.
