Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Food was incredible!!! One of the best meals we have every eaten! Miguel our server went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable! We will be back again and again! We strongly recommend this restaurant without hesitation! Go enjoy and ask for Miguel!

Redwood Steakhouse in the California Hotel is a very good place to have a great dinner. We enjoyed what we ordered and the staff are so friendly and helpful and made sure we are okay.

Our server Nate, was the best. Made all the difference. The lobster was amazing. We finished with the lava cake, and they even put a candle in it for my birthday.

Loved the food, the wine selection, our waitress. The noise level was a little much for us when we arrived, but it was manageable and got better as the night went on. I would return in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.
