About the restaurant
Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent customer service. Food was amazing! We had the paella and the 1905 salad. We dined on a Monday evening and it was pretty quiet and relaxing.

Birthday lunch at Coopers. First time . We are excited because we will have a Coopers closeby when Mandarin location opens, but since birthday came first the Jax Towne Center was it.! Just loved everything about this restaurant. Walking in, such an interesting wine bar with beautiful wine glasses and other goodies for sale. Great booth in dining room, opted not to sit in bar. We shared an delicious Caesar salad, just perfect. I had the pistachio crusted grouper with Asparagus and Mary potatoes which are mashed red potatoes . Grouper was awesome with the crust, asparagus cooked perfectly and those potatoes, were sooo delicious. My friend had a hamburger and fries and she loved it. Two desserts: key lie pie and chocolate ganache cake. Terrific all the way around.

The place is beautiful and the food was incredible. My husband was a bit bummed that they didn't have hard alcohol but it was fine. It's just such a bummer that it is so expensive.

The five of us all got the petit filet, 4 added either shrimp or lobster. Ordered 3 sides and either the wedge salad or the chopped. Perfect amount of food and delicious. We were celebrating a mutual birthday and the complementary cheesecake was a wonderful way to end the meal. Curtis was very attentive. A very enjoyable evening. Thank you

Once again it was a Fabulous dinner! Two of us tried the Crab cakes. Brian mentioned he had tweaked his recipe. It was not disappointing at all! I don’t know how he could make them any better than they have been in the past …. But they were Outstanding! Lots of lump crab meat and delicious flavor. My husband had the Halibut Special which was wonderful. And my brother tried the pork chop. You will not be disappointed with the pork chop either! Our waiter Mark made everything perfect! Hats off all around!
