Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! Our dining room is still in the design phase so all seating for food is outside under our Veranda Patio, or on picnic tables on the lawn. Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

Enjoy the panoramic view of large oaks and a rolling stream from the many window-side tables, or the large, starlight deck. Or, savor the intimate atmosphere from a comfortable sofa, and in the winter, the warmth of a crackling fireplace.

Ryan's Chef creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo lump crabmeat, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and oysters Rockefeller. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience.

The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications. Recently awarded the DiRoNa Award for Distinctive Fine Dining.

We have eaten here many times over the past years. The quality is still really strong. Weight staff is some of the best in town. It was our anniversary and they all made us feel truly special. Great place!

We have enjoyed every trip to Cibo’s in both of their locations. Many of the staff were at Paul’s Fine Dining, but moved to Cibo’s Trattoria when Paul’s closed. Amy, Joann so many of the others always make us feel like we are at home. On this past Saturday night, we were mot very clear about our order, but both the kitchen and our waiter, Alexander, were very gracious in helping us clarify what we wanted. Their food is always great and Saturday was no exception. Best Italian restaurant in tje whole Piedmont Triad!

We dined out on the patio. The ambiance was lovely and our server, Robert, was outstanding. We had 4 brunch menu items and all were fantastic. The salmon salad, breakfast bowl, fried chicken benedict and crab cake Benedict were large portions, flavorful and delicious. The complimentary blueberry muffins were yummy as well! Service was quick and efficient. We will be back!
