Paris 7th … as in West 7th Street, where we are located in the cultural District of Fort Worth just west of downtown. Paris 7th … as in the very cultural 7th arrondissement of THE Paris.

The Paris 7th district is where you will find some of the world’s most recognized landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Orsay and Les Invalides Museum, home to Napoleon’s tomb but also, a quartier known for its fine French food. Cafés, restaurants and gourmet shops are woven into the beautiful streets of the left bank but since we can’t go tonight, here we are at Paris 7th. Let us entertain you!

After 33 years as Saint-Emilion, we moved the menu just down the street, here, to a more spacious dining room. Now, we have a kitchen worthy of all that our talented kitchen staff can turn out. We have room for our ever-growing wine collection and tables to accommodate parties of 8 and sometimes more. We even have a petit lounge where you can have a cocktail before dinner.

Truly a hidden gem. I went there with my wife for a birthday dinner on a Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. From the outside, it is unassuming, but once inside, you walk into an intimate restaurant that could easily be found on the Rue de Rivoli in Paris. We were seated right away and our server was extremely friendly and personable. He brought out a board with all of the daily specials in addition to the regular menu. I had looked at the menu online prior to arriving, but he guided us through the specials. As an appetizer, I ordered the Le Caviar, which is a sample of ossetra caviar on a small blini (pancake) with a shot of vodka. Perfect little bite, if you like caviar or just want to try it for a reasonable price ($20). I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and my wife had the beef tenderloin. Both were cooked to perfection, and just melted in your mouth. For dessert, they had a pumpkin gelato with candied pecans and cranberries, which was a nice homage to Thanksgiving, and was wonderfully prepared. Throughout dinner, our server was very attentive and present without being overbearing or annoying. The chef came around to all the tables and introduced himself, which some people dislike, but it makes me feel that he cares about his customers. The total cost (sans tip) was a little less then $200-- that's with appetizers, drinks, entree's and dessert-- completely reasonable for such a wonderful meal/experience. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for a 5-star dining experience in Ft Worth!

Bonnell’s will also be providing curb-side family style meals to-go. Each meal is designed to feed 4 people and costs $48. We begin serving at 3:30pm each day and serve until we are sold out. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and in fact sold me on trying the tomack pork chop which was delicious . She deserves a second pair of boots.

At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

As always, the food, service, ambiance, & even level of noise (not loud at all) were great! We have never been to this place when we have been disappointed with anything. And even though the food is pricier than the average restaurant, totally worth it!!

We visited Eddie V's for my wife's birthday. The meal was awesome, seasoned just right and the atmosphere was excellent. Our waiter was very polite and attentative, making sure we had everything we needed for our dinner. We HIGHLY recommend visiting Eddie V's for any special occasion. You will not be disappointed. Good food, good service, good atmosphere!!!
