We start with free range, all-natural Amish chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. At The Eagle, it's all about flying right, eating bird, and curing the Blues.

My family is from Louisiana, so we can be hard on a place with Creole food. We were all pleasantly surprised. I was, in particular, very satisfied with the seafood Creole. It was amazing. We also loved the ambiance, service, and beverages. The hurricane was poured well and great! We will definitely be coming back. Oh yeah, our server was amazing!

Server was absolutely amazing. She got triple seated and handled so well. Kept smiling through the rush and kept us informed about our meal progress. Smiles just go such a long way. Quadruple meat quesadilla was perfect! We just love this restaurant and its staff, all so professional and friendly!
