This restaurant housed in a former bank building in the heart of downtown Tipp City offers quality dining in a small-town setting. The decor is warm and welcoming and is a delight for the senses. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while the full bar allows patrons a relaxing stop while awaiting a fabulous meal. The inviting atmosphere encourages relaxed conversation. You may be surprised to find that a restaurant in such a small town has some rather sophisticated choices on the menu alongside your more normal fare, with entrees such as ostrich being offered. If you are looking for a decadent dessert, look no further than the butter-drenched English Tea Cake! An easy drive from all points in the Dayton area, words cannot do it justice. A visit is a must and will be the first of many.

Coldwater Cafe is a fabulous place for lunch! The food is delicious and the service is impeccable! We celebrated a birthday and were treated to the warm tea cake, the house speciality. You need to visit soon! You won’t be disappointed!!

Our first time at Primo. Anniversary dinner. Ella was our server. She was wonderful from start to finish. So was the other staff. Super friendly! Atmosphere was sleek yet comfortable. We enjoyed every course! You’ll enjoy the chef’s creativity. The drinks and cocktails were also unique and special to Primo. I recommend for a special occasion dinner or night out with friends. Will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem in Middletown. Worth the drive from Dayton or Cincinnati!!!!

This is an upscale but unpretentious restaurant. Their focus is wine but food is excellent and so is the service. Very festive atmosphere with an open, performance kitchen. It’s a real gem.

Good seafood but very pricey. The Seared Scallops were $45, and the Agave Salmon was $32. Each came with a soup or salad. Only two soups were available, and the salad had a choice of only three dressings. She upgraded from the house salad to a Chopped Salad for an additional $4. Club Oceano Chard was $13 but cocktails were a bargain for $10. Stephanie was very attentive. The valet parking was a definite plus at the Greene on Sat. evening.
