Always enjoy the dining experience here as food and service are consistently good. Love getting the bonus dollars from Laundry Club membership. Enjoyed the complimentary mud pie to observe my birthday celebration. Our wait person was personable and very attentive especially when we asked him to take our photo. The Charthouse is my favorite place to celebrate special occasions. When we celebrated my aunt’s 101st birthday, her name and age were printed on the menu! So special ❤️

Our seafood is either locally caught or shipped in fresh daily, and our produce is locally grown in the Salinas Valley. We have eaten at Pacific’s Edge many times over the past twenty years, and while it has always been good, our latest experience was exceptional. At a table with a sunset view, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing crab cake appetizer, short rib, as well as halibut entrees, and affogato for dessert. In addition, the service was outstanding…attentive, but not overbearing with great pacing to the courses and refilling our glasses with the wine we brought.

Our current hours are as follows.
Monday - Thursday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:00pm
Friday- Saturday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:30pm

Policies: We do require a credit card for reservations. We reserve the right to charge guests who do not show up for their reservations or cancel within a 24 hour notice.
The charge for NO SHOW is $25 per guest. We will hold your table for 15min max, and will automatically allot 2hrs for your dining pleasure.
Parties of 5 or more will need to make special accommodations with the hostess.

The Culcasi family, owners of Rosine's, have received a bit of national fame as it has appeared on Guy Fieri's show "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives". Rosine's offers indoor and outdoor (pet friendly) dining serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, beer wine and signature craft cocktails. We love the Beach House but it is way too noisy it is very hard to have a conversation. There must be some sort of sound barrier that could be used. Maybe fabric draped from the ceiling????
