Absolutely delicious dinner - love how much emphasis they put on local ingredients and sourcing only the best. Had a great view while we dined indoors and were very impressed with the food - we live in NYC and feel spoiled with the best but this was truly amazing. The cauliflower is a must order and I’ll be dreaming about it until we return to Banff again. Our server was so kind, attentive, and personal.
