Going there isn't just about the food. The atmosphere, the service and the connection with staff is amazing. It's not just dinner with loved ones, it's an experience. Always plan to be there for more than an hour. I assure you, it's worth your time.

This was my first time at IBN and I can't believe I waited so long. What a perfect meal and experience! Every single person was so friendly and helpful! The food was amazing! Had the best time and will be back for sure!!!

The Med Restaurant is one of Saint John's oldest restaurants, serving hungry guests since 1971.
Since then, the restaurant has gone through many changes and improvements along the way.
Chef Christos (second generation) and his team are proud to prepare Greek and continental dishes, using fresh and wholesome ingredients as well as the finest imported products (extra virgin olive oil, oregano, etc.) from Greece and creating everything from scratch. Our products are also sold in our store, Theo's Fine Foods, located in the same building, next to the Med.
Our dining room is bright and airy, with a modern Greek flare, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

The Med and Splash are 2 excellent restaurants. There have been some negative comments on Facebook recently. I’m here to tell you ignore those negative comments and give these restaurants a try. I promise you you won’t be disappointed. My family and I dine there on a regular basis. And we were there just last night a few days after they unfairly imposed temporary closure. The food was excellent. The service was excellent and Chris and John run twofirst class establishments. Stop by for lunch or dinner. Plan your Christmas party you won’t be disappointed.

Started with the shrimp cocktail , it was amazing, perfect cook on shrimp and a delicious cocktail sauce. We had braised beef and pan roasted chicken. Portion sizes were surprisingly large, well seasoned … green beans with chicken portion…huge. Overall a fantastic experience.
