Nice atmosphere, slow service. Food descriptions sounded great on the menu, but a bit disappointing on arrival. My chicken breast looked like a pre-cooked frozen one that you could get at the grocery store- could have at least thrown it on the grill to give it a touch of color and flavor. Drinks and appetizers were good.

We had tickets to a concert, and even though they seemed short on staff, we were taken care of very well! We weren't rushed, yet got out on time. The food and portions were great, beer nice and cold. We also ate Sunday brunch there the next morning, another great meal!

We called to say we were running late and the person who answered the phone wasn't friendly. We arrived and didn't get greeted for five minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine, but we were informed that we can't get alcohol until the bartender got there which was 4 pm. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Even as a manager you should never deny a sell, ever. So that's my comment but I never do this so who knows if anything comes of this.

It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. We ate dinner and breakfast there and I was disappointed that there weren't gluten free bread options.

Not impressed with this Hotel restaurant, limited menu, prices were a bit high in my opinion, food was ok, would not recommend. I do recommend going to Yolk on 500 W. Madison Street, awesome food and service to say the least.

I was very disappointed in this years brunch. The food was boring and uninspired. The selection was the small. This is the 4th time we have gone here for Easter brunch and the quality has really gone down. I would not recommend this to anyone who want a nice brunch for family and friends on a holiday. The brunch was half the size from what it was in the past. The place was empty and was slightly unkept looking.

After seeing the reviews for Dine, I was interested in giving it a try. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance and will not go back. There are too many good restaurants in the area so bad (or nonexistent) service doesn't need to be tolerated.

The first warning sign was at at 12:30 there were only two tables with guests. The second warning sign was when it took about five minutes to get water. After waiting for at least ten minutes and no one checking in on us we decided to leave. As we got up, I had to find the hostess to let her know we were leaving because we never saw our server. Sadly, she didn't seem surprised.

Anyway we ended up walking over to a Greek restaurant and enjoyed great service and great food. Sorry DINE -- not coming back.

Located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dine was a very nice lunch experiences. Calamari was excellent, as were the fish tacos and blackened salmon salad. Server could have been more attentive and anticipatory of our needs (i.e. I shouldn't have to ask for water, a napkins, salt & pepper etc). We dined during the 4th of July weekend, so they may have been short staffed and/or very busy. I would return to try dinner!

Celebrated my birthday trying a new place. Reservations were actually made in error but decided to try it anyway. Glad we did. Kudos to Dine for a truly excellent experience. Will definitely return

I must admit. My expectations were all too high. I thought the restaurant was going to be the crescendo of the Valentine's evening. Sadly disappointed. I made reservations and they were all too happy to oblige my requests...until I got there. I gave specific instructions as to the seafood allergies my wife had. I assume they were no relayed to our waiter or other staff members because every dish offered was something from under the sea. After she we placed our orders, the ginger ale that was ordered didn't come until after reminding the waiter and still didnt receive it until the meal was finished. My ribeye had some type of spinach-Pico de Gallo on top of it that wasn't very pleasant and not to mention the under cooked potatoes that accompanied it. The dessert might have been the highlight had it not been freezer cold. The carrot cake was near frozen when we received it to share. When asked could it have been warmed the waiter simply replied no. Wasn't a very good experience at all.
