Recently featured on Guy Fieri's "Diner's, Drive In's and Dive's". Owned and operated by the DiGiorgio family, DiGiorgio"s Cafe Largo is authentic. When you think pasta, local seafood, veal, tira misu and others, DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo is the first to come to mind in Key Largo. The DiGiorgio family emigrated from the cities of San Marino in north Italy and Cassino, outside of Rome. Being in business in South Florida since 1968 we have developed a great following and reputation. In 1990, the DiGiorgio family moved to Key Largo and saw the possibilities of mixing all the varieties of local seafood available with pasta and other dishes. Our food was excellent. We would definitely return. Service was prompt and pleasant. Really liked the Hemingway drink.

Everyone in our party was happy! The salads were first rate as were the rolls! The 6 of us were happy with our meal from Eggplant park to Hogfish is garlic! It is a steady, reliable meal though there is NO outdoor dining or water view! I guess you cannot have everything!!

Hog Fish & Risotto was awesome!! Pizza was only so-so. Too much garlic and crust not cooked. Server was friendly & attentive!

Nice spot. Quality food at a very reasonable price. Most dishes provide enough to take home a meal, almost two for price of one. On both occasions we were seated at five. Our sever was attentive and knowledgeable. Moderately busy, so I can not speak to when otherwise.
You can not go wrong, under conditions I have stated, anyone in the area should give Café Largo a try. You will be happy you did.

We didnt get to eat there bc reservations mean nothing and we had 7 tables in front of us before we could sit down. Even though we had a reservation.

Many of the food items we ordered were great: the fried house mozzarella, chicken in a nest, and the penne vodka. However, the server was not educated on the menu, or did not care to be, as the simple questions we asked could not be answered. We mistakenly thought that "would you like a soup or salad" meant that they came with the entree. We discovered on the bill they were charged for individually. The calamari was overcooked, and the capellini pescatore was unremarkable, at best. I would not recommend anyone to come here for a nice dinner, but maybe a group meal with a better server.

I go to restaurants because of the food and the food was very very good
My only complaint as we arrived, the young hostess with her hair in a bun is not very welcoming. Always had a sour puss face on
