   My wife & my mother-in-law enjoyed a fantastic mothers day Brunch. All of the food was tasty. There was a large selection of cold and hot items. Included was a carving station and made to order omelets. You will never have a better view. Our table server covered only 3 tables, it felt like personal attention. I would strongly suggest A different Point of view for any occasion.

   we first ate at this place over 6 years ago and at that time it was fabulous as I remember it being much cleaner and "fresher" and the food at that time was fabulous. we decided to go back and it was NOT the place we remember other than the great views of the valley. First off the floors are carpeted and were dirty and the lighting was on the dark side and yes there was natural light but still it had a weird vibe to the place. We came for Mother's Day brunch and it was $125 per person (4 of us) and the food was a letdown. It was a buffet and the chicken and salmon were very dry although some of the salmon was good if you ate it with the orzo as that helped. But the chicken was just plain dry and I'm pretty good at tolerating certain things but not that! I love prime rib and this would have been good but it was really undercooked and I get it that some people like it that way but ALL the pieces were really rare (even the end pieces) and you know it's undercooked when it's hard to cut. now the short rib pieces were really good (tender and flavorful) BUT they were cold as maybe the heat was off in the tray? My daughter had the caesar salad and it looked good but there was absolutely NO taste and it was like they just put lettuce without any dressing. She had me taste it and I agreed and thought maybe the dressing was on the side but it wasn't. the coffee was good but again it wasn't hot (I admit that I am a stickler for my coffee being hot) and this was warm at best. The big letdown was the dessert offerings as this was just unacceptable. Mainly all just little hand held bites of pastries and cakes and nothing special and I know it wasn't just me because my wife said the same thing (she just LOVES dessert) and the other people getting dessert at the same time as us were muttering the same issues. the service was awesome as our waiter was funny and he took care of us as did all of the other staff. For this price and occasion it was an extreme letdown.

   Our servers- Richard and Tyler were incredible! Food was delicious. Desserts were amazing!

   Cannot find a better view in Phoenix. Service was too notch! We ordered the New York Strip and the sea bass-both under seasoned and bland. In an establishment as classy s this I would’ve expected the food to match. Everything was plated beautifully though! We will be back but will ask for a salt shaker with our entrees as well.

   Food was awesome. The night was going well! Until the end. We had a large party, unaware the tab has to go ON one CARD. The waiter made a loud comment and scene in front of everyone. You could hear the whole tone of everyone's voice lower down due to how loud your waiter was with his comment. It was really uncalled for. No information on big parties being on "one check ". It's confusing to your guests that they are not aware of this when booking. Also online you could request outside seating. BUT the DAY OF you receive a text stating the outside dining is closed. So if you try to cancel it's $20 PER PERSON, to cancel. Pretty unfair. No signs for the restaurant, will probably find many different staircases with no arrows to guide you until you find the lobby somewhere. The views are okay. I've seen better. The food is amazing. The price sucks. I feel like you could get just as good food with a better price with a better view and SERVICE, elsewhere. Being loud and making a scene and making customers feel like they are belittled is unsettling, like they don't have the money to spend at a restaurant they know they booked. Would not recommend this place for service. Could definitely use some insight for customer service and how to talk to customers politely with respect.

   We had an exceptional experience at Different Pointe of View. On of the best prepared, and served meals that myself and my colleague had experienced recently. The filet mignon with lobster butter mashed potatoes is not to be missed!

   This place is bad. They are trying so hard to be high end but they just are not. They weren't seating outside because they said it was "too cold" but it was 78 degrees. They put my wife and I in front of an outdoor pillar so we had no view. Then they are super rigid on their meal selection making you order all at once and not allowing you to make changes that resulted in a lower price. Example, the filet comes with lobster mashed potatoes for $72. We didn't want the lobster (which is always expensive), they wouldn't discount. I ordered a drink and the entire glass was filled with large circular ice cubes so there were only a few sips. When the steak came it was butterflied so they could cook it faster and it was like a brick. The manager questioned us a few times which felt like we were being gaslit before finally agreeing to remove the steak. Terrible place, we drove 40 minutes for our anniversary dinner only for this bummer.

    Nicholas was a great attentive server and he took the best pics! It was a great solo dinner.
