We actually didn't get a chance to eat here because despite being listed on Open Table, they DO NOT accept reservations. So although we made a reservation, we were told the wait would be an hour and even when I mentioned the Open Table reservation, the guy at the front looked at me indifferently and suggested I talk to a manager. I have a feeling it's a good thing we didn't attempt to eat here because although we're all for fun atmospheres, I think I would have considered it poor service and not just part of their gimmick. This restaurant seems to appeal more to large groups and maybe the college scene, not really families.
Fun dining experience. Our server Blue was awesome!
Blue and our waiter made my bachelorette party the best. We truly enjoyed it. We will be back to pc because of BLUE..
Terrible. They do not accept reservations so why do you list them? You should read previous comments on them that you reported with your listing. We could not get an individual table only if we agreed to share a table with others. They told us we could sit at the bar if we wanted to eat alone.
Their gimmick is they insult the patrons. This is definitely not a place for us so we didn’t eat there.
Atmosphere was great! Food was really good, most of Us had the Fish & Chips and appetizers Fried Pickles & Cheese Sticks was great! Tish the waitress was great ! She made Us laugh a lot ! Her personality was fantastic !
Definitely not for prudes, but a fun time. The fish and chips are very good as was the redneck fondue and brownie. The service is irreverent, so be prepared.
They informed us when we arrived that they DID NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS!!!! Ruined our evening since it was difficult to find a spot to eat that didn't require a long wait.
Well that was a waste. My daughter wanted to go for her birthday so made a "reservation" on open table. When arrived were told they don't take "reservatiosn" and it would be an hour and a half wait? So, I ask, what good was it to make reservation on OpenTable. You may need to rethink marketing this establishment
We had a great time. I just wish I had more money to give Emily a nicer tip. She did well with explaining everything to everyone and was more polite than I expected. My family had a great time.
It's a joke when you show up with a reservation because they don't honor them. Their Motto is... First come.... First served! Doesn't matter what time your open table time is.
Made our reservation online, but then waited around for that time and we enter and they tell us they don't take reservations, it's walk in only. What?? Anyway, overall it was a fun experience and the food was tasty, but expensive. It was a fun time, but probably won't go again because of the high prices. Gets expensive with a family.
Since it was Valentine's Day, the server/host could have been a little friendlier
We had read many bad reviews but have learned not to always judge by these. We went to see for our self and found it a good place to go. The food was good, it was really slow as it was a rainy day but they still had lots to say and do while we were there. It was worth our 1 1/2 trip to go there. Go try it for yourself. Have fun.
This place wasn't even busy. And it took us 23 minutes to get a drink. Waitress was too busy talking to a guy at table behind us. Then I said something to her said I'll be there in a minute ,we were here on vacation this was worst part of it. Don't!! Go here trust me.
Was excited at first about the fact we could place reservations online. Arrived at restaurant at reservation time to find out the PCB restaurant didn't use the online reservation service as stated on the website. Having 3 young children we were not going to wait 2 hours to eat...the perk for reservations! Highly disappointed! Will not return and will not recommend!
The atmosphere was good and exciting. The food was not listed in detailed. And the food was not as good as places that are quarter of the price.
And also they do not participate in your program. So when we showed up for our reservation they looked at us funny and had to wait another hour to sit down. I would never go back or recomend this place. Its a tourist trap. And we fell for it.
Took two hours to fry chicken tenders and six hard to eat wings and they dropped one order was not worth $80
The whole "rude staff" thing is cute, and our waiter did a nice job with the kids. The menu needs work---they wont let you substitute anything, even if you offer to pay extra, and that's tough if you have specific dietary needs....I was particularly disappointed my steak came with mashed potato and vegetable--the vegetable was corn. So basically, 2 starches.
Very fun, not for sensitive people!!!! Had a great time.
We went for the atmosphere which was good because the food, well, wasnt. I ordered the appetizer of Chicken Fingers as my meal. I think there were about 4 regular bite sized pieces of chicken and the rest was batter crumbs. I expected a little more for $8.00
My husband got the steak, he said it was good. It was crowded, but it took an right at an hour to get out food.We had to sit "family" style with a group who looked straight our of deliverance, the banjo kid.. They were obnoxious and after a while, it became entertaining just to sit and watch them. Would have preferred a separate table. THe wait staff was great, very funny hats.
The food was mediocre. It was cold and tasteless. The only reason I would recommend this restaurant was because of the service. The servers and waiters are hilarious.
