I had two teenagers that are picky and we could not order Mac and cheese for them. I even offered to pay more. I was denied. We ended up not ordering for one of the kids and went somewhere else later. Little disappointed, when you spend $150 and your child has to go somewhere else to eat.
Had the best time with the staff- they were hilarious and really cared about making sure we had everything we needed and were comfort.
Went there with our office group. What a fun time- my stomach hurt from laughing! Our waiter was awesome and food was terrific!
Our server Samantha saved the night! It was New Year’s Eve, they had ran out of almost everything and the fry cook was working the grill and sent out raw hamburgers. Our server however, worked her butt off and still made the evening enjoyable and because of her, we will give them another try.
Everything In the menu was “ sold-out” . Hard to wait an hour for a table to get a freaking burger.
Not sure if I ‘ll be back...
Had a 6:30 reservation and was not seated until 7:15. Very disappointing.
GreT service, goof times
It was our first time here and it was awesome! So much fun and the food was great! Will be back on our next trip back.
Honestly went because we were at MOA and my boyfriend has always wanted to go to a restaurant of this type. We fully understand the concept of the restaurant but still felt the overall service was a sub par. We waited longer than necessary for drinks and for our order to be taken and for our bill. They weren't busy at all.
Overall was slightly disappointed with the experience. Was told we needed a reservation but when we got there it was empty. Felt like the waiter was really over doing it. . Stretching to be witty and sarcastic.. food was average at an average price. Wouldn't recommend it to friends..
One of our friends dined at Dick's before, and raved about the server, the hats they give you. and the excitement of the server with jokes. So when we flew into Minneapolis for a long lay over, we took the tram to meet our friend at Dick's. We were very disappointed with the service we go. We waited for a long time to get waited on, and our server never came back to check on us. I had to ask another server for something. We did not get a hat, until we asked for one, as we were paying the bill. Our server forgot about serving us most of the time. I think either he was tired, or was having a bad day:(
Fun time however menu was lacking and prices were high. Was looking just for a hamburger or simple meal
This place is so fun! Do not go if you want to sit and have a conversation. There is too much noise and too much going on. Go to have a blast of a time. Restrooms were up stairs so not sure if they had any wheelchair accessible.
Fun. The noise level wasn't conducive to conversation. Good food.
Never laughed so hard ! Waiter was from NY just like us great personality for this place Was not to crude with our 16 & 17 yr old volleyball players
Do NOT go here if you don't have a sense of humor or are easily offended. Everything a server has always wanted to say, they finally have the chance to say it. And it goes both ways. But if you give it, be prepared to take it as well! Maybe not the best place to take your little kids if you don't want to see them get showered with napkins or treated without kid gloves...because if they start to act up, the servers will let you and them know their opinion of that. If you can't make fun of yourself or laugh at yourself, don't go here. The food was ok, not spectacular, and the mashed potatoes were cold. But it was a fun place to go.
Portions are too small for the money. I'd rather have the same portion size but the price should be lower
First time visiting enjoyable experience very entertaining and I would absolutely recommend Dicks
I thought the food was awful. We had 2 adults and 4 children. Food was cold. Some food was very rubbery. We were visiting from out of town. Thought the waitress would have said more to the kids but didnt. Thought she would have joked with them more. Wont be back.
Food was not good at all... your paying for the show, not the food.
