Had the best time with the staff- they were hilarious and really cared about making sure we had everything we needed and were comfort.
Went there with our office group. What a fun time- my stomach hurt from laughing! Our waiter was awesome and food was terrific!
Our server Samantha saved the night! It was New Year’s Eve, they had ran out of almost everything and the fry cook was working the grill and sent out raw hamburgers. Our server however, worked her butt off and still made the evening enjoyable and because of her, we will give them another try.
Everything In the menu was “ sold-out” . Hard to wait an hour for a table to get a freaking burger.
Not sure if I ‘ll be back...
Had a 6:30 reservation and was not seated until 7:15. Very disappointing.

It was our first time here and it was awesome! So much fun and the food was great! Will be back on our next trip back.
Honestly went because we were at MOA and my boyfriend has always wanted to go to a restaurant of this type. We fully understand the concept of the restaurant but still felt the overall service was a sub par. We waited longer than necessary for drinks and for our order to be taken and for our bill. They weren't busy at all.
Overall was slightly disappointed with the experience. Was told we needed a reservation but when we got there it was empty. Felt like the waiter was really over doing it. . Stretching to be witty and sarcastic.. food was average at an average price. Wouldn't recommend it to friends..
One of our friends dined at Dick's before, and raved about the server, the hats they give you. and the excitement of the server with jokes. So when we flew into Minneapolis for a long lay over, we took the tram to meet our friend at Dick's. We were very disappointed with the service we go. We waited for a long time to get waited on, and our server never came back to check on us. I had to ask another server for something. We did not get a hat, until we asked for one, as we were paying the bill. Our server forgot about serving us most of the time. I think either he was tired, or was having a bad day:(
