   I like the concept, but the excitement from our waitress was not there. We had 25 people and it was not what we expected.

   I visited Gatlinburg Tn. And had heard I would have fun at Dicks .. and sure enough I most certainly had a blast..

   I guess I was expecting something more. I might as well have gone to Applebees. At least my food would have been half the price. We didnt get the "dicks" experience at all. The only rude playfulness was when the waitress tossed the straws on our table and then right before we left we were finally given hats. After waiting forever for our appetizer the waitress came back to tell us they didnt even have it. I received the wrong meal, (crablegs instead of crabcakes, no biggie) I just ate them anyways because at that point I was starving and but we were never offered drink refills and I sure could have used an extra beer after eating butter covered seafood. I watched the other tables receive a much more "dicks appropriate " experience from a different waiter so maybe it could be fixed with a staff adjustment or maybe it was just an off day for her. I was just bumbed that we paid over almost $150 for an experience we didnt receive.

   The restaurant is open seating, so you may sit with random strangers. Fun atmosphere. Expect rude remarks, and distasteful service on purpose. I get it. The night we were there it took an extremely long time for our food to come out. I think much longer than even planned on the servers part. Can be inappropriate adult humor. A woman at the next table did leave based on the comment on her chef's hat. Each patron gets a hat with a vulgar based message, if you can't handle getting dished at, not the place for you.

   I was expecting a better interaction from our server. My fiancé and I were out of town and had date night and was expecting some laughter. Other than writing on our hats there was no interaction. Highly disappointed and may not come back.

   Everything was just as expected. This was our first visit to a Dick’s and it did not disappoint. It definitely lived up to its reputation. We had lots of laughs and the food was better than we expected it to be. We will visit again!

   While I understand the theme is to be rude and fun with customers I believe there needs to be a line to be drawn. We were seated with another family which is perfectly fine. I heard the girl with us order the same thing I did. She ordered the Nashville hot chicken but extra hot and wanted to change her side of slaw to an alternative. Well when it came out I tried to bring this to the waiters attention who immediately was rude and handed me the chicken with no slaw and it was way to hot for my palette. While eating we over heard the girl complain about her chicken not being hot.

    We loved the atmosphere however it was our sons birthday and they never recognized him, our food did not come as ordered and we never received our hats. For the price I expected better service.
