I took a friend for lunch during restaurant week. I had the blackened Mahi mahi and my friend had the 5 oz. steak. She had the bisque and I had a salad. We both loved the food and our server was great. Thanks

Outstanding. We came back for restaurant week following several fabulous Saturday dinners. Warm home baked rolls with sweetened butter! Perfect salmon and grilled asparagus! Fresh Caesar which needed a little more seasoning. Outstanding apples in a crisp and flaky crust with vanilla ice cream! This was amazing!!!

Doug was an excellent server who knew the restaurant inside and out, but also knew his clients. We received impeccable service throughout our dinner. The meal was lovely, though I was disappointed to see New England lobster unavailable — this was due to the restaurant week menu (we had no idea it was restaurant week). That was really a minor issue, as I had the surf and turf; it was served perfectly with a rare filet and a lovely (presumably fresh from frozen) lobster tail. It was delectable (but I love a full steamed Maine lobster most!). Well done, Devon.

I had the worst experience. I had a reservation at 7:30 pm. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait. However, we were not seated until 30 minutes late but it is resturants week, so that's expected. I had the waitress from hell. She was very dry with no smile at all. She act like she didn't want to be at work. Once we received our food, the asparagus was not good at all. The crab cake was average. I received a phone call from daughter at dinner. While I was on the phone, the waitress came to clear the table. I had a good amount of asparagus left on my plate. Before I could say anything, she grabbed my fork and grabbed my plate without asking was I done. We asked to have our deserts to go. I ordered the apple pie with ice cream. I received my apple pie with no ice cream. I asked the waitress did the apple pie come with ice cream and she told usually they don't give ice cream to go because it melts. I understand that it will melt but let me make that desicion as the customer after paying my money. After paying for our meal, my husband left a generous tip. She came to the table, grabbed the money and check and did not say a word. We said thank you and she said you're welcome. How about saying thank you because we gave you a generous tip. I will never return to this resturant or recommend anyone.

Me and my husband came here for a weekday lunch and encountered multiple issues. First thing was a tiny fly in my water. We ordered same mahi-mahi entrees and somehow my fish was cooked well and his was almost raw. The potatoes and onions in the hash were half cooked on both plates, so I just ate my fish without a side. Fish was very tasty by the way. My husband asked to change his undercooked fish to a steak which came very rare instead of medium rare, but it was served on a very hot plate so he was able to cook pieces of meat right on the plate. We just did not have time to send another dish back and wait. No complains about the staff, our waiter was very attentive and helpful.
It was our first time here and I doubt we will be back...

Restaurant week menu was delicious. Desserts are usually meh, but entrees are amazing. Service was okay - the bread guy has a major attitude so that’s why I took down a star. Our server also seemed stressed/distracted are rarely checked in on us.

Devons is usually a no brainer choice. I'm assuming the restaurant week crowd was too much for the kitchen because our food was awful. Overcooked, cold, unrecognizable.... and it was my birthday dinner. So sad

It just so happened the night we went was both the first night of Restaurant Week AND an NFL Playoff game. Describing the vibe as "happening" might be putting it lightly; what it's like on a 'normal' night, I can't say. Even with all of the excitement, we could hear each other at the table. I partook in Restaurant week while my mother had the little neck clams and some oysters. She loved what she had, and after taking a bite of my dinner declared we'd be coming back. In fact, she hasn't stopped reminding me. Sunday nights are also half-priced bottles of wine (under $100) -- I'll definitely be back, and probably on a Sunday.

We had a great time during our visit for restaurant week. A seafood lover, I have never been disappointed at Devon's. I plan to visit again, relatively soon, and want to sample the things I haven't had. The biscuits are amazing. There was no wait time though the restaurant was crowded.

Very Poor service, our waitress rushed us from the moment we sat down at 5:45.... didn't even offered us drinks. We had to tell her we'd like to order drinks. Our entrees arriving while we're still eating our overcooked fried calamari, Fired Cauliflower, Fresh Oysters. She even mentioned, Oops, the main entrees came too fast. So now, we have 5 dishes on the table.
During the course of the dinner, she didn't stop by to check if anything okay, do we need more water. NOTHING!,
She handed us desserts menu and kept asking us what do we want right after we just finished dinner. It's my baby girl 22nd birthday dinner and all I wanted for her to enjoy the quality time but it was our worse dining experience ever!

Good food, good service. However, the management allowed a large disruption in the main dining room. A large, loud group of people who were constantly walking in and out of the restaurant. Ruining our as experience as well as other diners. Won’t be back.

This was our third visit to Devon, and we were, again, quite pleased with our dining experience. Our server was delightful and friendly, the food was served fairly quickly, and it was delectable. Can't wait to dine at Devon again in the near future.

Food was disappointing--haven't been there in years but this was surely below expectations. Scallops indifferent. Creme Brulee cold and bland. Husband did like boulibaisse. Service Dante A+.
