I've been wanting to visit this place for quite some time. I went with a business colleague and we both had an amazing time. We went on rainy Monday evening, so the restaurant was very quiet. Our waitress was amazing, sweet, and helpful.

So the food...here's what we ordered:

**Cocktails- Blueberry Rosemary Lemonade
Very fresh and just the right amount of sweetness

**Appetizers- Firecracker Cauliflower, Corn and Crab Fritters, and Smoked Salmon Flatbread
All appetizers were delicious, but our favorite was the cauliflower. It was so unexpected and had a lot of flavors happening. The corn and crab fritters were more of like mini crab cakes with corn and they were a close second to the cauliflower. I love smoked salmon and you can taste the quality of the salmon on the flatbread. All of the appetizers were amazing.

**Entrees- Bouillabaisse, and Trout with Veggies
I ordered the bouillabaisse and it was my first time trying this fish/seafood stew. it was fantastic. It's a perfect rainy day or winter dish. It came with a delicious piece of hearty bread. The amount of seafood in the dish was great. It had shrimp, mussels, scallops, lobster, and veggies. It was an amazing dish.

I was told the trout and vegetables were delicious and all were fresh.

**Dessert- Apple Croustade w/ Maple Ice Cream
We decided to split the dessert. This was good, but it didn't live up to the hype that the other dishes had.

I was celebrating my significant others birthday. We had 2 couples. Initial contact was good. After the dinner order our server disappeared. We were very specific with 2 of the 4 dinners. They still came wrong. Sides on 3 of 4 orders were cold. Dinner for four was $326. At that price we expected better. I will say the floor mgr tried very hard to offset our servers failure. The staff that actually served was very good and attentive. Front of the house stall also terrific and pleasant. The GM, Katherine was great and is a hands on asset.

Enjoy the menu. Nice ambiance and lighting. Gets louder when full, Mostly, we've been impressed by the very friendly and helpful staff. Waiters and servers are really pleasant, not intrusive or fake ... just very pleasant!

We made the reservation on line and said it was our anniversary and they had Happy Anniversary printed on the menus. Our server was Adriana and she was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have Adriana for our server the next time.

This was my 3rd visit and it was great as usual. Food is excellent, our server could have been a little more atrentive/ available. Overall a good evening. I have recommended Devon's to several friends and family members. They like Devon's too.

I had the charred Ahi Tuna with asparagus. It was the worst tasting tuna I have eve had. It tasted like tin/metal. The coloring was a light brown rather than the red/pink color that ahi usually is. The asparagus and brussels sprouts that I ordered tasted like they put liquid smoke all over them. Not sure how you ruined a simple vegetable so badly, but even those were awful tasting. My husband ordered the lobster and it was undercooked and mushy. The butter didn't even come warmed with a flame under it. Therefore, the butter got cold along with the lobster. His whipped potatoes were dried out and not creamy. Almost like they were sitting at the old country buffet where they get crusty and old. Worst meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Total waste of money. Won't go back. The food we ordered really is not that hard to cook properly. No excuse.

My mother and I have dined at Devon's before - this evening we had a particularly positive experience - the server was very attentive and followed up on the several specific requests we made...

The chicken/mashed potatoes and asparagus entree - excellent
My caesar salad and bouillabaisse was outstanding... and the bouillabaisse was served with the caveat that there would be no clams - it was still outstanding.

We were there for a birthday. The food was good. The lobster mac and cheese was very underwhelming. The dessert was ok.

Here's where I was concerned. I informed the chatty hostesses my date had a birthday and to please inform the waitress. Dinner was finished and our waitress seemed like she forgot or was not told about the occasion. I flagged down a different hostess to make sure our waitress was informed and yet again nothing so we sat around after dinner waiting for something, anything.
So our waitress kept suggesting a dessert choice of some kind of which I finally gave in and said yes to bringing a lava cake over. It was served without utensils and zero fanfare. When I got the attention of our waitress, she noticed we didn't have forks or a candle that should have been put on the cake. THAT WAS IT AS FAR AS RECOGNIZING THE BIRTHDAY OCCASION.

I can't say I was not disappointed. Maybe someone can have a chat with the tall, blonde, Polish waitress about caring just a little about her job.

Very nice restaurant inside, but food is lacking. One of our dishes came out raw. Overall food tasted ok after re-cooking but it was just missing a finishing touch.

The front entrance greeting was the best experience I received from this restaurant. I’m very disappointed in the service and food. Me and my guest spent nearly 600. 00 hundred dollars for poor service and terrible food. NEVER AGAIN.

Whatever you do, don't order the roasted herb and garlic potatoes. I mean unless you want deep fried mummy toes that honestly could be found as an artisan or seasonal fry option on a fast food menu. Smoke is a great way to add sensual flavor... if you know what you're doing. Over smoking is horrible, kind of like when you smell like your food hours after you've left the restaurant, is gross and unappealing. This is how I experienced barrimundi, which I thought maybe some exotic fish I'd never had. But apparently they charge $36 For a fish that could be had in any lake, steam, pond or estuary from Israel to Taiwan. The servers were good, that was my only positive takeaway from this place. When you're pretty sure a kid from Chopped Junior can beat the chef in a competition don't dine there, don't waste $$ at Devon, not worth even a third of what they charge!

Such a delightful evening!!! Celebrated the birthday of my beloved PLUS a fantastic special for their bottles of wine at half price on Sunday night; could it get any better? YES!!! Great rainbow trout and fresh salmon! Their wait staff is superb; never anything less than stupendous!!! Super knowledgeable of all aspects of their menu. GREAT choice for lunch or dinner; make a reservation now!! You’ll really be happy that you did!!
