Good time! Brussels were a bit under cooked, but all in all very nice!
We had a great meal and our server Amy was super efficient and extremely nice. It was a very pleasant experience.
We spent Easter dinner here. The food was delicious and we loved how mostly everything was made in house and were happy to learn that fish is flown in fresh daily.
Eight of dined at Devon on Easter Sunday. The service was top notch, the food absolutely delicious. We all had a wonderful experience. We had appetizers, dinner, and dessert. There wasn’t one complaint
Forgot appetizer. Do not like not getting straws with beverages and having to request them.
Fantastic experience, great service. Had the chicken and waffles, best ever! Carrot cake best ever! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
we have come here in the past for Easter dinner. They've always had a fairly extensive menu. This year they cut way back and there were very few entrees to pick from. We requested more biscuits and they kept forgetting to bring them to us. it took a long time from the time we ordered until the time that they brought us our food. It's a beautiful place but we don't think we're going to go back again
Devon is one of my favorite restaurants. Food and service are great and I love the ambiance of downtown Hershey. Great mimosas.
Terrific unhurried and attentive service topped off the great food we had over four courses.
A wonderful way to celebrate a special family day together.
The Easter Brunch menu was quite expansive so everyone could find something special. I have to admit that I splurged on the carrot cake for dessert and it was the best one I’ve ever eaten.
Going to Devon is always a treat. We attended the Easter brunch, and I was amazed how many other patrons there were. The food was outstanding as was the wait staff.
Third time we have eaten here. Good food, service and value.
The spicy seafood gumbo is terrific!
Easter brunch... left a little something to be desired. Dinner is definitely better here.
I was surprised to find TV screens showing sporting events. I didn't think this gelled with the decor and ambiance. The service was not what I would consider above and beyond. The food was the saving grace. All six entrees were delicious as were the three desserts. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to drink a DOCG Chianti Classico for $36 -- that was the best value on the night. I might try Devon again for lunch but not for dinner.
The service was good, but do to is being busy it was a little slow. The food was excellent although a little bit pricey. We knew that going in. The back room had a couple larger groups so it was a quite noisey. All in all a good dining experience.
Food and Service were outstanding as usual. The reason the noise level was so high, is there was a loud and obnoxious woman at the table next to ours.
I have never been disappointed by a visit to Devon. It is an outstanding restaurant with the freshest seafood, delicious side dishes, and a wonderful wine list. My only complaint is that it is Hershey - two hours away from where I live. I would love to visit more regularly, but at the same time the distance makes a visit that much more special!
Kids home for Easter holiday.
Great dinner as always. Service was good. Love the New York Sour. Only disappointment was they were sold out of our favorite wine - The Prisoner.
This was a very pleasant trip to Devon's. Jake was an excellent waiter. And, whoever cooked out meal managed to get my steak done perfectly. Sides were very good also. Tasty asparagus done very nicely and excellent creamed corn. Rolls were tasty as usual. Disappoint in the blackberry martini, but otherwise....great. Also yummy chocolate mousse as a birthday dessert.
Our meals were fabulous. My steak and scallops were prepared perfectly. They melted in my mouth, both so tender. My wife had the salmon and also raved about it. I couldn’t imagine a better meal. Absolutely perfect all the way around.
Signature tuna amazing as always!
Filet and scallops also terrific!
Outstanding. Simply cooked fish with unusual selections. Lobster Mac and Cheese was amazing. Great wine and drink selection.
This place was great! My husband & I went there for a late dinner, 9:00pm Saturday night. The food & service was as perfect as if we'd gone there at prime time. We will definitely go back there to eat, the next time we are in town. Thank you to Devon staff!`
The food is typically pretty good. I always enjoy my fish and risotto but the veg was a bit disappointing, under cooked. That however isn't the reason I'm writing this review. I felt it needed to be said that the service leaves something to be desired. At a place that's expensive for our area and mostly reservation I would expect a higher quality of service with better people skills. Also after making it know that it was my grandma's 70th birthday, NOTHING, was done for her. So don't go to this restaurant if you're looking for a birthday candle dessert and someone to care beyond your table.
We love Devon, but I was a little disappointed I did not get the treat for my birthday. I took my husband for his birthday in Movember and he received a free dessert. We were getting ready to leave and I just assumed that maybe you do not do the dessert anymore, but then the table behind us also had a birthday and our waitress delivered the free birthday dessert to him as we were leaving. So now I feel maybe just the men get the treat for their birthday. I don’t know!
The best seafood in Central Pennsylvania. My wife and I have never left this restaurant anything other than completely satisfied.
Everything was very good. Only change might be to train your employees NOT to put ice cream in a to go box.........
I would definitely recommend Devons to a friend. I go there every year for my birthday. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful. Yes, it is a little pricey but the food and atmosphere are worth it. Can't wait for the patio be built. I love to be outside when weather is nice and always hoped they would eventually put a patio in.
We went for our 4th wedding anniversary. We’ve been many times before and had wonderful service and food, however this trip was not great to be polite. My husband’s fish was under cooked, he was unable to eat half of it. My scallops were undercooked and well. Our food was not very hot in general. Our waitress was very nice (especially with some rude and rowdy tables near us. They gave us free desserts to make up for it, which was really nice, but when we got home, I immediately was sick. Spent the rest of the night in bed-effectively ruining our anniversary.
Attentive server. Excellent suggestions on dinner. Very tasty entree.
What a special place in Hershey!! The ambiances , the great service to match it with Josh a wonderful waiter. What a spectacular time we had before we went to the Chicago Concert. What a really special place this is and they take Reservations,, which some of the other restaurants in this building do not. We will be here more often going forward!!
If you want a restaurant with a beautiful and wonderful atmosphere, along with great food.....I highly recommend Devon Seafood and Steak located in Hershey PA.
Best waiter’s presentation of the menu! Very professional and use of beautiful language. Food is delicious! Coming back to this place every time we are in Hershey.
There for my husband birthday. We had a wonderful experience.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Devon. One of my favorite places to get fresh seafood!
Wonderful, wonderful brunch again! Always enjoy dining at Devon's. Everything tastes so fresh & employees are so friendly.
The fish prepared perfectly. The wild mushroom and wild mushroom risotto delicious. The fries, old. The mini lobster rolls; where was the lobster??? The mohito and margarita; only 2 leaves of spearmint? No flavor? Flat. We would've purchased 2 drinks each if they were more the simple norm of a true sprig of spearmint etc.
We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday dinner - boy what a mistake. We love the Devon in Philly not in Hershey. We sat down and ordered our drinks then we waited for them to come.... then we wanted to order the shellfish platter with some different oysters that were on the menu, we were told that is not possible because of the cost. We said we would not mind an up charge. We went round and round till they said they would. An hour goes by and finally they bring it out and guess what?? They did not give us the oysters we ordered!! Clearly you can tell the difference and they would not admit it. How hard is it to give the customer what they want when they are willing to pay for it!! 45 minutes later the entrees finally show however no one at the table wanted to eat any longer - we just wanted to leave. They offered not to charge us for the oysters but what they meant was they would not charge the up charge. We had to pay for bad oysters that we would not finish.
If you are not at the shore and you want really fresh seafood, this is the place you need to be. Devon never disappoints, the wait staff is friendly, informative and fun. A must go for all seafood lovers.
