My friend and I were celebrating my birthday and it was such a memorable experience. The food was excellent and our drinks were lovely. The service was fantastic. Our servers were kind, funny, and attentive. The birthday surprise at the end was a perfect way to cap off the evening. It was such a wonderful and memorable evening and I am so happy I had my birthday dinner there!
I found that our visit to Deuxave to be excellent. The service was great the food was exceptional and the ambience was perfect. We enjoyed our cheese selections and the wine.
It’s a must!!!
Went for the duck confit and ended up loving each dish. Wine list pricey but some fun reasonably priced bottles can be found. The chocolate dessert rocks. We will be back.
Perfect dinner with excellent food!!
One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten - the Foie Gras was exquisite on the soy toasted rice cake. The scallops were perfectly presented with squid tentacles, peas and a smoked potato tortellini (what a taste surprise).
I can't say enough about the service, particularly the service provided by Sam. She's knowledgable, timely, attentive and friendly and absolutely
improved the dining experience.
Wish I lived in Boston to have this dining opportunity.

We went for our anniversary and had a fabulous meal.
Birthday. Excellent as always
Nice restaurant with fairly good food, but it’s not really French. Btw, the pronunciation of Deuxave (as in Two Avenues, since the restaurant is on the corner of 2 avenues, hence the name) is NOT doowav, but Doozav. Please tell the staff!
The desserts were very special and the pastry chef. Thought them out himself. Very special !!
We went for an anniversary dinner and had a perfect evening from start to finish. The tasting menu was matchless in breadth of offerings and flavors. Wine pairings were perfect, service was impeccable. The atmosphere was sophisticated and the bar was busy and inviting. We will return!
The welcome and service are excellent. The room is lovely and the noise level is moderate, so a table of 4 can have a comfortable conversation. The food is presented beautifully. The menu is sophisticated and approachable but not exciting or adventurous. Often this is exactly what you want for gracious dining .
the service was perfect. enjoyed a chicken main and the lobster special appetizer. i was very impressed that the gm stopped and asked how my dinner was. our waiter was attentive but not too much so. all and all great night.
This restaurant never disappoints. We went for the Easter dinner and it was delicious and the wine outstanding! Staff are knowledgeable and extremely attentive and friendly.
Always a great place to dine and their special Easter dinner was no exception-- Lovely meal and lovely atmosphere
Easter brunch was amazing - thank you!
Outstanding Easter brunch! Can't wait to go back for dinner.
The staff were great, the waitress / hostess spent time talking through the menu with my wife and daughter which ultimately helped us decide to try the tasting menu. Again the waitress / hostess brought wines for my wife to try and then select the best fit for the course. In addition she also added the signature onion soup as a course to the tasting menu pleasing my daughter who'd selected Deuxave. The tasting menu was a treat showcasing the quality of the kitchen.
Have been to Deuxave several times and never have a bad dining experience. I highly recommend to all.
Everything was wonderful. Most ingredients were well executed in the 5-course tasting menu. If the acidity could be used in a smarter way and the plating could be more refined, this restaurant would worth Michelin stars in the near future.
Anniversary
First and foremost, Deuxave is a great place to dine. The seasonal dishes are deliciously prepared and the service is attentive but never overbearing. We were in the mood for the tasting menu, and the chef was able to perfectly accommodate both vegetarian and carnivore tastes. Recommended!
Our go to special occasion restaurant.
Everything served was exceptional. The duck was the best duck I ever had. The host was friendly and nice. They made it special for my husband's birthday. Loved the fine dinning experience here. It is pricey but worth it.
Every bite was excellent. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The prices are high but worth it. This was the best meal I have ever enjoyed in Boston. We will definitely be back.
We are always incredibly pleased from start to finish at Deuxave.
One of the best meals I have ever had!!’
Suave interior. Charming staff. Magnificent desserts. But the starters and mains were a bit too complex for their own good, and had just a little bit too much salt. Impressive wine list. At this price point, I'm expecting it all to click.
We had the tasting menu and if was delicious. They were flexible to preferences. The cocktails and suggested wine were yummy. The complimentary dessert wine was a treat. Our waitress was superb. Highly recommended!
I took a friend here for her birthday, everything was delicious! It was her first visit and I have been many times and never disappointed. I ordered the duck and I think it was the best duck dish I've ever had :) She said she would definitely return with her husband so 5 stars from both of us!
the food and service is excellent. The duck was great. Tuna very good.
Loved our dinner here - foie gras is house signature and was out of this world. Similarly amazing were a local lobster dish with yuzu and a Chilean sea bass. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Really incredible food and wine, one of the best meals I have ever had....if you want a fine meal you can’t go wrong here. My whole family was blown away by the flavors and the creativity of the chef....truly one of the best places in Boston!
Tasty options. Service attentive but not over bearing- multiple staff available and helpful. Very good vegetarian options and staff very tuned in to special dietary needs. Presentation excellent. Bring an appetite if you opt for the tasting menu-all courses so good but filling! Excellent service! We had a very cozy and mostly private corner-perfect for a date/anniversary dinner.
My family of four had appetizers there - French onion soup, duck pate and beet salad. All was delicious especially the pate. The service was amazing. At one point four servers were at our table with the soups. Our server Anthony was so gracias and warm. It was a fabulous night.
Yummy! Loved the squid ink pasta and they accommodated our vegetarian friend very nicely!
Your glass of water will never be empty
Correct food settings and process of serving as a real restaurant
Deserts are out of this planet with the flavors of everything
Great combination of everything in the food
Space between table as supposed to be at the actual restaurant
As always, this restaurant always impresses!! Will always come back!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Everyone involved in dining here is just so good at their job. I sometimes can’t get over it. Always get the tasting menu, it’s worth every penny and more.
Deuxave was a wonderful experience- loved the atmosphere, service was impeccable and food was some of the best we have ever had!
