Located in the bustling North Cheshire and Manchester hub of Altrincham, Dettori’s at Cresta Court is a charming restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by the amenities of the Best Western Cresta Court, Dettori’s finds popularity with a wide ranging group of diners – from tourists exploring the region and staying overnight to moneyed locals, from businessmen and women meeting over dinner to groups of stylish girls and boys enjoying a meal before hitting the town. The restaurant itself is attractive and comfortable, decorated in a classic modern style, all plush upholstery, sparkling glassware and pleasant artworks. Here at Dettori’s the focus is very much on the best of British, using local ingredients wherever possible to create modern and traditional favourites with a delicious taste of Cheshire.

We also specialise in Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine and our chefs have are Cordon Vert trained and accredited by the Vegetarian Society.

Very disappointed with Cresta Court and the staff. I spotted on their website that they do Sunday Lunches. I then booked, requesting a table near to the gents toilets for disabled wheelchair access. However, long story short - it appears that they don't do Sunday lunches. Do you know how long it takes to get a disabled person ready for his first real outing? Nobody rang or even emailed me to let me know that I would be wasting our time. I was fuming!

Poor quality,mass produced food served by a couple of pleasant but out of their depth teenagers. The manager left early so our complaint could not be dealt with. would not recommend this restaurant. Wish we had got a bar snack at the pub down the road
