Great food!! Love the wait staff!!
Great steak tartare. Cesar prepared table-side. Wonderful wine list. Attentive wait staff. . . .
From the moment we were greeted by the front desk to our last bite of our (delicious) desserts, our dining experience at Delmonico was top notch in every way. Our meal was the best we have ever had, the staff was extremely friendly and professional and the atmosphere was wonderful...we will definitely be visiting again!
Whenever we visit Las Vegas we have dinner at Delmonico Steakhouse. The food is delicious- exceptional. The wine list is extensive. This is truly a must for food and wine lovers.
Food excellent quality.
Upscale environment and great food options.
Wonderful food and service, I highly recommend for a business dinner or romantic evening.
Amazing food and service!
The bread that was brought to us after being seated was delicious. It was hot and airy, which helped us not fill up on bread before our dinner was served. We both got the 9 oz filet steaks (one medium rare and the other medium). Both came out very slightly over cooked, but were still delicious. As a side we chose to split the brussel sprouts. Our waiter explained that they were large enough to split, and we probably had enough left for a third person.
We really try to like Emiril’s restaurant’s but it’s so tough and maybe just not our thing. We tried his restaurant in MGM a few years back and didn’t like it, so we thought we would try his steakhouse and found it equally unremarkable. The fois gras was great, but the seabass had olives on it??! Yeah olives! Sort of ruined it. The steaks were tasty, but just needed something. Steak is steak and there are plenty of great steak houses on the strip. For a $600 meal for 4, we could have done better at Oscars, Cap Grille, or Hugos. Sorry Emeril, we tried twice, we will pass.
I try and eat there every time I'm in Vegas. The food is absolutely amazing. Very creative combinations that never disappoint.
The steak was the best steak I have had in years! Highly recommend!
Great experience - the food and the service were both excellent! Will definitely be back!
We got here 10 minutes late and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit difficult to locate seeing as it’s on the Vegas Strip, but this place has the best tasting steak. So flavorful and in nice portions. I came here for my birthday, and the restaurant was sweet enough to provide me with a birthday card and complimentary dessert. The chef even sent out a small snack or “amuse bouche” for us as well. This place is amazing. If you’re ever in Vegas, they will treat you like a star. The staff was also understanding and gave us prompt service since we had a show to attend to afterward. We will definitely be back on a future visit! Thank you!
My first visit to Delmonico's and we loved it! Everything was top notch from the food to the service to the incredible wine list (and Sommelier). Our steaks were perfectly prepared, and both of our starter courses were quite tasty and creative. My husband had tomatoes caprice, and I had the braised octopus which was absolutely delicious. Desserts were a hit as well. Terrific meal all around. Would definitely go back!
My new favorite steakhouse
This is my favorite place for steak on the strip! Everything was delicious and the customer service is amazing!
Food and servers are amazing and helpful. Very expensive, but ALMOST worth it! Lol. The only qualm was the extremely loud group of diners next to us shouting over the table at each other and cackling as loud as possible. This is not the restaurants fault, just had to make note!
A high end steakhouse really only needs to make sure they get one thing right -- The steak! I was disappointed to pay $60 for a bone-in ribeye that was tough and chewy... (I've never had a prime ribeye that didn't melt in my mouth and makes me wonder... Was it prime)?
The atmosphere was nice and clean. The service was a tad pretentious and inattentive. Of all the fantastic restaurants in Vegas, we made a mistake by choosing Delmonicos.
Nice dinner! Food was on point. Service started slow but ended very well. Can’t wait to return.
Everything was delicious and great service!
Had to make a few changes to my reservation and they were very accommodating
Ordered the lobster tail. Big mistake. Should have stuck to the steak. Lobster was slimy and did not have a nice firm texture. French bread served on the side was very dry.
Delmonico was lovely. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. I had an issue with my drink (ended up being sweeter than I expected) and I didn’t even tell the server that I didn’t like it but he noticed I wasn’t drinking it and let me choose a different one. I appreciate when restaurants care to make sure you have a great experience. My husband and I tried the lobster bisque and it was so buttery and creamy, we definitely recommend it. The filet mignon was amazing as well! As for sides, I recommend the au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach!
Shrimp over cooked, however the flavor was nice. People were nice however Service was terrible when it came to coordination. Some people received coffee 20 minutes before the others, meal deliver out of sync. Over all I ate here the night before and loved the steak 5 star, and service was good so I’m only rating this on my day experience.
The food was fantastic as was the service. We had to add one to our party and even though they were very busy they accommodated.
Delmonico Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The service is professional and efficient on every visit. The food is always high quality and delicious. On this particular visit, I had the lobster bisque, filet mignon with brandy peppercorn reduction sauce, crispy steak fries, and Abita root beer float. I will certainly return in the future when at The Venetian and Las Vegas.
We thought this restaurant was affiliated with the Delmonicos near our house in NY, which we love. But alas it was not. The food was way over-priced and not that good. The potatoes were tasteless, the asparagus was really crunchy. Was way more expensive than our Delmonicos and not nearly as good.
Great food and upscale environment. The steaks are outstanding!
I am a big fan. As always, the food and service were fantastic.
Service was outstanding and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas.
Wonderful experience as always. Delicious food and excellent service
We've tried a lot of steak places in Vegas over the years and none of them compare to Delmonico. The food and service are always amazing. We will be back again soon!
My husband had dined at Delmonico before so he suggested we eat here while in Vegas. The service was impeccable (Michael was our server) and the food was beyond delicious! My husband had the bone in ribeye and I opted for the filet mignon. The meat was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were just as good. We will be back the next time we are in town!
Came for our Anniversary very disappointed. I ordered the ribeye and it was overcooked, no flavor and too much butter. My husband got the filet mignon and that should be the special as it was delicious. The bread was just ok nothing special as well as the side dishes. With all the steak houses in Vegas I was very disappointed.
Amazing! Great service and great food!
Good was good. Service was good.
Is fairly expensive.
The restaurant is operated by New Orleans chef Emeril Legassie. My son and I decided to visit on our annual Las Vegas trip. We had eaten at the chef’s counter in New Orleans, enjoyed it & wanted to try the steak format.
We spent half an hour at the bar. It was a great start. The Batman made a gin cocktail for me. He said it was a vintage 1930’s period mix from NOLA. it grows on you. My son had a Manhattan with the 12 year old Whistlepig. We were reminded how nice it is to start a meal with a conversation at the bar.
The food was great and our server knew the menu. The steaks were cooked perfectly. We had a great time and would welcome an opportunity to return.
Service was very attentive, with multiple staff assigned per table. Food was excellent- one of the men in our group is still talking about Piedmontese Steak, 2 weeks later. I was with a group of man who are red meat aficionados and all of them were very happy.
Probably the worst meal I've ever had in Las Vegas. Had eaten there several years ago and remembered it being good so decided to take my girlfriend for dinner. For the appetizer we had the bbq shrimp (recommended by the server) which was flavorful but overcooked so the shrimp was like rubber. For steaks I had the ribeye and she had the lean filet. My steak lacked flavor and was overcooked, her's was cooked to order but also lacking flavor. For the sides we had the smashed potatoes (by far the best part of the meal) and the charred brussel sprouts (ok but seemed overcooked as well). We didn't order dessert but were brought their 'signature' banana cake to make up for the rest of the meal. The cake was effectively stacked bananas and whip cream (not enjoyable at all). With many more steak places to choose from in Vegas (or even in Venetian/Palazzo) I'd avoid this location.
